The Gafney Home is one of the most magnificent and historic Victorian mansions in Rochester with beautiful grounds and amenities. Originally built as a home for Judge Charles Gafney and his wife Ida, the Home was transitioned into a home for the aged in September 1904. Throughout the years, with diligence and careful planning, it has remained one of the most successful assisted living facilities in New Hampshire.
Today, the Home boasts 18 meticulously cared for rooms, each of which are tastefully decorated and appointed with the comforts of home. Our staff is eager to please and provide exceptional care and service to our residents.
