I am at Rolling Hills Village. When I moved in, I asked them for a handicapped apartment. They said when one came, they would transfer me to one. I have to wait for transportation to get to where the community building is. That's where the laundry is located, and that's where you get your mail. I like the apartment, and I like the location. It's just that my feet and legs are weak. If I had an apartment up on the top level where the community building is, I could walk from there over to the building, but because I live on a hill, it's difficult for me to go up the hill to the top level. It's nice. You call somebody if you need anything done and they come and help. I understand that if you have a family that came to visit you and you wanted to get together, you could use the community room in the building up there, but there's no activity that I know of. You have to get permission to do anything at the community building. If we have to have an interview or reevaluation, we meet out there. The community building has a great huge hall. They even have a kitchen, but you have to get permission from the officials to use it, and there's a bathroom. I'll give maintenance a five-star.
