We're very happy with Revel Vegas. It is far and away the best independent living in Las Vegas for seniors (as far as I'm concerned). They're much better than all the four we visited in facilities, staffing, dining, and everything. After we visited all five places, it didn't take 30 seconds to know where we wanted to move to, and we did. The property is three years old. It's very upscale and very nice. It's three-stories. There are 132 units. Half of it faces the Las Vegas strip, and the other half faces the mountains. There are either balconies or patios to every unit. The amenities are great. They have a saltwater pool, which is very unusual outdoors. There is a theater and a dining room with a chef, who is excellent. They have a director of activities, and they have a 13-passenger bus that takes you places. You can be here with a walker or a wheelchair, but you have to be independent as far as anything else goes. They cannot offer any medical services. The atmosphere is great. Housekeeping and everything is provided for a monthly fee, and you sign a one or two year lease. They start with studio apartments and work their way up. It's very clean. It's like a 4-star at least resort hotel. We're very happy. The food is fabulous. They have a culinary director and an executive chef, who's very good. The meals are very nutritious, and the pricing is really good. They give you $700 credit from your monthly rent for your dining. Then if it's two people, the other person gets another $150 credit. You use those points up, and then you can buy more if you need them. You can eat every meal here. You're not locked into three meals a day where they're paid for, so that makes it nice because if you want to eat out or something, you're not giving up a meal you already paid for here. The other great thing is the dining staff is all on salary, so there's no tipping. There's no sales tax in the food because it's run through privately. The cost of the food is very low for the quality you get. They're very accommodating. By the third day, they're calling you by your first name. It is excellent. One of the reasons we came here was we did a lot of research, and we knew that this was the best place in Las Vegas. Coming in and after living here seven months, we're sure of it. The food is very good, and it's varied. They have a chef's special every night. It is reduced in price, and then they have a fixed menu that you can choose from. It is very good and very nutritious. We enjoy that very much. It's one of the key things to being here. They have a schedule every day, and there are six or seven things going on. They have a small Mercedes bus for tours, library visits and everything else. They have an excellent fitness center here, and they have fitness classes that you can go to or use their equipment as you want to. The value here is very good. The value here far exceeded the other four places we went to, and that's why we're here.

We liked Revel Vegas. They had a nice dining area. Michelle was very nice and gave a lot of information. They had a lot of activities and great amenities. They had bus rides and food. They had everything. They had a theater. It's just the price was too high for us, but overall, it was a great place. We never ate there, but it was a very nice dining room.

I put down a deposit to Revel Vegas, it's the place I had originally chosen. It was quite new and the decoration was beautiful and contemporary, not sterile. It was beautifully landscaped, and I found it very beautiful. I picked out an apartment that faced beautiful, lush landscaping. The people were super friendly and caring and followed up often with me through the process. I ate there three different times, and the food was superb gourmet food. It is not your ordinary run-of-the-mill food. It was very tastefully plated and unbelievably tasteful. They had two separate dining areas. It didn't look like a lot of other places where it's one enormous room. This was divided up into a couple of different spaces, so it looked like a restaurant and didn't look like a large living facility that had a big dining room. It looks like you were walking into a fancy restaurant, and the tables were spread out apart. It was just very tastefully done.

I visited the Revel independent living community over the weekend and I was absolutely pleasantly surprised. I left feeling that I just left a resort site, not an independent living facility. The facility is very well appointed and very clean and modern. From their living units to restaurant, gym, activities room, salt water swimming pool, even a state of the art movie theatre, everything was very nice. The stuff very polite and helpful. But what left the biggest impression on me was the patrons demeanor. They were all happy, having lunch, dancing and socializing in their Sunday best and hair all done up. Thank you Gaby T. for showing me around.

My brother moved into Revel Vegas. I'm very impressed and that's why we chose it. They have restaurant-style meals, and a waiter takes your order. They have transportation any time you want it. I think you get three round trip lifts per week and the concierge will order them for you, so you don't have to worry. Those are the two things that we like. He loves it there. The food is great, the people are wonderful, and everybody's great. I know they have activities. They have movie nights, fishing trips, they go to museums, and they go to state parks for walks. I will say it's not cheap, but it is gorgeous and has wonderful amenities. He's happy there and that's the main thing.

I was very impressed with Revel Vegas. It's a fairly new facility. I was told it opened in 2019, so it's just a few years old. It is all inclusive. It has all the utilities included. It has on-site restaurant, a pool, and a little dog park. It's in the Summerlin area, so I would say it's upscale. My only negative comment was that I thought it was a little expensive. I was looking at a one-bedroom apartment, and they wanted $3700, which I thought was a little high. I was given the tour by the sales manager, and she was very knowledgeable and answered most of my questions. She showed me a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor, which was desirable. I thought the layout was very convenient. It had appliances, including a washer and dryer. The community was very, very well maintained. I met some of the residents there, and they were all very enthusiastic about the facility. About a week or so after the tour, I was invited back to try the restaurant, and I had a nice meal at their restaurant along with another lady. I'm not quite sure what her title was, but I believe she was a regional sales manager for all of the Revel units. So I was there twice. The first time I took a tour of the whole facility, and then the second time I had a nice meal at the restaurant. It was a very nice facility. It was very up to date. It's in a convenient location. There was a shopping plaza about a couple of blocks away; you could almost walk to it, so the location was very desirable. I met four of their staff members and they were all knowledgeable, very friendly, and very positive. The food was very appetizing, very good, and well prepared. They had one of my favorite desserts, crème brûlée -- nothing but positive there. The facilities were very good and very well kept. They had all the amenities. They had a workout facility, a salon, a hairstyling facility, a very nice pool, and a little dog park, because it's pet friendly. Everything was on site. They had an entertainment area and a library. It was a three-story building. The room that I was shown, and that I was most interested in, was a one-bedroom facility, and it was very well laid-out. They had the most modern conveniences, including a voice-activated lighting facility. They called it an Oscar. You just say, "Oscar!" and the light in the bathroom would turn on, so it was very up to date. They had WiFi and cable TV as part of the deal, so I thought it was all very inclusive. You really wouldn't have to go anywhere. You had entertainment, dining, exercise, and everything you would need right on site.

I chose Revel Vegas for my mom. She hasn't moved in yet. It was just more convenient, more activities, it was newer, and the right fit for my mother. It's two years old, it was brand new, really clean, it's a beautiful facility. I met Mike from admissions, the concierge we met, the executive director was out that day, the waiters and waitresses were phenomenal, and everyone was nice and ready to assist. The food was great, it was exactly restaurant-style food, so it was phenomenal. There was a women's social group that spoke to my mother. And so there were about 10 ladies that kind of brought her in and out of the conversation. The value for what you pay is fair, it's a very good price.

The only thing we didn't like about Revel Vegas was it was a little farther from my sister. Other than that, it was an excellent property. We were very impressed with everything about it: the cleanliness, the service, the friendliness, and the property itself, which was just beautiful. They had all the amenities, such as a pool and a fitness room. My mom especially liked the fact that there was no assisted living on the property, since she's not ready for that. They provide a monthly menu of all kinds of activities. They have arts and crafts, TED Talks in their theater, trips to museums or restaurants if they want, a pool, a happy hour on Fridays, and live music. Grandchildren are also allowed on the premises. We didn't get a chance to try any food, even though they offered, but the menu looked great and the dining area was very nice and beautiful. The whole facility was very open and bright, and all the staff was very friendly and informative.

I enjoyed Revel Vegas. I thought that the person who did the tour was very friendly and very informative. He talked about a variety of things that people ought to think about when they are considering moving into an independent community like that. Then he was very good about showing us the common areas and talking about their activities. I like the size of the rooms. They were nice and they were well laid out, so I could see myself living in some of those rooms when the time is right. What I particularly liked about Revel Vegas was the meal plan that they had. It was different from others that I had seen with their meal credits, so that showed me that I could have the flexibility to dial in what I wanted when I wanted it, and how I wanted it, and I like that. In some other places, it's 'we give you three meals a day, this is the time you eat, this is what you get to eat,' and that's OK, too, but Revel Vegas had much more flexibility in terms of the things that I found important, and I like that. The staff was very friendly. I was glad I went there. Again, the meal plan was different from anything I had ever seen before, so it was worth checking out, and I could see myself living there. To me, it was worth checking out. It's actually on my list of things to remember.

We had a good couple of visits at Revel Vegas. My mom picked out a floor plan that she liked. The apartment was clean and brand-new, and it had never been lived in. It had all new appliances, a full kitchen, and a big balcony. The staff was wonderful. We actually ate there and the food was wonderful, too. They had facilities for bingo, an exercise room, library, a conservatory, pool and a spa, a wellness center, a putting green, a dog area, and a movie theater. We also liked that the residents can eat whenever they want.

This place is awesome and my mother-in-law enjoys it very much. There are only a couple dozen residents right now and some bugs are being worked out. The amenities: Pool, game room, theater (23 seats), full gym, salon, and indoor/outdoor activities are open and accessible 24/7. The rooms are well planned and uses Casper. A voice activated system that allows the resident to turn on/off lights, close blinds and more. There is also full dining and cafe for the residents. They have an extended menu which is based on a point system. I've tried the food and its very good and reasonably priced for guest of the resident.

I was impressed with Revel Las Vegas. The place is immaculate and well-kept. It is such different and much nicer. They have restaurant dining. They give you a menu and you order right off of it. They make your meal right then and there. They're pretty darn speedy and you just wait for 10 minutes. The food was very good and tasty. They have a saltwater pool, a Jacuzzi, and different apartments. Some of their apartments have a cooktop but no oven. They have granite countertops and I like that. Michael, the staff who gave me the tour, was very patient, friendly and had a good sense of humor. He also drove me home.

Revel Las Vegas is very nice and first class. The amenities are great and the rooms are well-appointed. Space-wise, I just need a little bit more than what they offer. Mike, the person who accommodated me, was very helpful. He spent plenty of time explaining and showing me what they had to offer. The dining area looked very nice and looked like a well-managed restaurant. I saw some guys shooting pool.

I like the way Revel Las Vegas was set up. They have 2-bedrooms, and all of the rooms except for one-size rooms have walk-in closets. I had lunch there, and the food was OK. They have a theater, they play bingo, card games, and they said they have somebody to come in and provide entertainment. The building itself is extremely nice.
