We toured The Residence at Gramercy. My sister is in a wheelchair, so their doorways are too small. You can get into the bathroom, but there's no room to turn around. They have walk-in closets, and they were the same way. You have to drive in and back out. It's an older building and outdated. Otherwise, the manager was fine. We like their apartments except for those doorways. They wouldn't work at all. The staff was very good. And the place was very immaculate. The other thing is that it's a multi-level building and even for a family to visit their loved one, there's a long distance from the front door to the parking lot. And my sister would have to deal with hallways, too.

I toured The Residence At Gramercy. The staff was very friendly and very helpful with what we were looking for and explained everything about how they do things there. They have a library. It wasn't as new, and if some people had more money, they could go to a newer facility, but I think that one was very efficient. It was clean.

I toured The Residence At Gramercy. It was very pleasant. Accommodations looked very comfortable, but just out of my budget for what I can afford. The staff was very cordial. She was the manager of the place. She did a good job. The facility was very clean and quite fancy.

I went here with my mother 2-1/2 years ago. Their staff was great and very friendly, and they gave us a good tour. They had a library, an activity center, and a salon. The room was very spacious, and the closet size was fabulous. The facility had a very nice, neat, and clean appearance.

We went there and we liked it, and there were a lot more people out. I thought it was really good, nice, and the people were friendly. It's interesting the fact that it's assisted living also. If you live as independent you automatically will be able to be in assisted facility if you need it when the time comes, I think the transition is nice, and if you're in medicaid and you do transition, it's fully covered, so I think that's an extra bonus. The staff was pretty receptive.

We looked at it, and the place is pretty good. We noticed activities, and it looks satisfactory with all the activities they offer. The field person who accommodated us was very helpful.

My mom was in here. The place looked OK. I would recommend it because the people were nice and seemed to respond to the residents. Mom had a one-bedroom with a living area and kitchen with a stove and microwave.

They are there to take care of you; to make sure that you are safe and secure and that your needs are met. The room was very basic but it was certainly a good layout. The staff was very friendly. The exercise is limited but I think all of the activities are available there.
