My grandmother went there for rehab after her hip replacement and she got wonderful care. She is back home and fully independent at 90!! So thankful for their wonderful care! The therapists were fantastic.

Some staff love their jobs, others definitely just put in time, and are rude to patient's. Therepist were nice, but don't push patients. The goal of the facility in general seems to be to keep you there as long as Medicare pays, not to rehab the patient and get them back home asap. Would never recommend anyone to rehab here. Room was filthy.

If you have a family member or friend in this facility you need to make sure your family member is receiving their medications & seeing the doctors they need to see. Because of covid the individual is not able to leave their room. No baths, cold food in their rooms. Condescending staff. Very satisfied with rehab staff & aides

This facility would do a great service to itself by evaluating staff. My parent was placed here for 4 days which was more than enough time to figure out the staff is unhappy with what they do and are no where near motivated to care for their clients. Hardly any smiles from any long term staff. My most positive interaction was with a student doing her clinical. Just because a facility looks nice on the outside does not make it nice on the inside.

Do not place a loved one in this facility unless they are cognitive enough to demand and monitor their own care or you have the luxury of staying with them around the clock. . Patients that are at a "high risk" for falling seem in my opinion to be poorly monitored. In a period of less than two weeks a friend fell multiple times. She passed away within 24 hours after a fall at the facility.

I wish I could give negative rating. Staff consistently leaves call light out of reach of patient. Left patient on bed pan extended period. Horrible place. Intentionally overdosed patient on medicine.

Worst care ever unless your loved one can take care of themselves or you can visit most of the day. Staff needs more training in caring for residents. Moved to another facility because the staff could not meet the care needed.

I cannot believe that these "caregivers" would leave my grandma laying in bed KNOWING she couldnt get out and help herself to the restroom for FIVE HOURS. Im a CNA myself and I have two minuets to answer pages. FIVE HOURS?! thats RIDICULOUS!!! you guys obviously dont care about the residents as much as you day you do. I wouldnt even give yall one star.
