The activity directors at Grand Reserve at Elkhorn are real good, and the maintenance man and the managers are okay. They have good upkeep. I took an apartment on the end and the elevators are on the other end. When I moved in, I didn't have any problems walking; now I do, and that's too far to walk. The rooms are real nice. They play cards, but I don't do stuff so much because I don't know the games they try to teach me. They have bingo, twice a month. They have coffee and donuts in the morning. They read us stuff about what's going on. They have a food truck that comes once a week, and we buy food from them. Then they have potlucks. It's more expensive than what I want to pay, but I had to find a place in a hurry.

The Grand Reserve at Elkhorn is a 55+ apartment, and my Dad seems to like it just fine. The apartments are really nice. They have a full-sized kitchen there. They have movie nights and a game room. He doesn't really partake in any of that, but they have it there if he wanted to do that. It's clean and in a nice location, but he's been having trouble with the internet service. They don't have a dining room or food there.
