I toured The Springs at Missoula. It was clean. The dining area and areas where people could meet for activities were all nice, and they had their own schedule of activities. They had an in-house physical therapy which was a plus. It was a big facility and they didn't have space for my mother to be close to the dining area. She would have had to have someone take her to all of her meals because she would not have remembered where it was. The rooms were studios and they were adequate. The gentleman who gave me the tour was nice. He was busy that day and he still took the time to take me around.

I will be moving into The Springs at Missoula. It is a nice community. There's a putting green in the center of it. It has three floors, and I'm on the second. It serves three meals a day and I can attend or not attend, whichever I choose. It's walking distance from a shopping center. It's quite new and very nice. The people I've talked to there are very friendly. I have a studio, but they have a variety of apartments.

We went to The Springs at Missoula. The tour was very informative and the gentleman who showed us around was amazing. The rooms were beautiful. What we liked best is that in their memory care facility they still get the residents out and try to get them active so they don't just stay in their rooms. The independent living facility had apartment-like accommodations and the assisted living had studio-type rooms. It's very limited when they get to memory care. They had in-house activities, a workout room, group activities like an art group, board games, and a lot of outdoor activities that the residents could sign up for.

The Springs at Missoula is my favorite, theyre very high-end, and they have very nice amenities, good services, and beautiful rooms. We visited the independent living, but you can transition to assisted living. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. Their calendar was absolutely packed with all kinds of social activities, hobbies, and they had a great activity calendar.

It was optional to share a bath at The Springs at Missoula and it was so much more expensive if you didn't. It was probably OK. It was very open in the front and almost too quiet and austere. It wasn't bright and something about their decorating kind of made it feel like the entryway of some of the churches I've been in. They have a big area and they work with a lot of memory care residents. The memory care residents are more or less separated and their doors are coded. Their outside area has a high cedar fence and is coded. I felt like my friend wouldn't be very happy there and I just didn't feel as confident and comfortable there.

My mother lived at the Springs for 8 years. She benefited from all three levels of care offered. The Springs was home for Mom and her family. Staff in all departments were professional and caring. The tender loving care was greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten.

The Springs at Missoula was also an excellent place, but they just didn’t quite meet what my mom was looking for and wanted. The rooms were nice.

The Springs is first rate, no question. Their dining area is like a nice restaurant. There is everything. There is entertainment, bridge club, and that sort of thing, but it is very expensive. I think their staff is quite efficient. They do a good job. My mother-in-law is in the independent living.

The Springs is a 5-star elite senior experience, and it is expensive. They have a beautiful interior, and it has a homey feeling. They have lot of great activities as well. Every single room has a full-size kitchen, except for the assisted living. They are located on a not-so-busy street, and it has easy access to Walgreens and Walmart.
