My mom was at Lewistown Eagles Manor. I think it's a nice facility. My mom had a very nice room. It was a double room. One of the rooms was her bedroom-bathroom area, and then the other one was for her living-media area and cooking area. There was a bathroom in each of her two areas, so that made it nice when people came to visit. Because of the way she decorated it, it was a very welcoming area. She was on the second floor, and while she could, she could either take the elevator or take stairs down to the main area, which is where the dining room is. And then in the summertime they had an area outside off of the parlor where people could go out, sit and enjoy, like having something cool to drink or visit, so that was welcoming. And then also on one side of the building, where her room was located, there was a creek that ran by. It was just a real welcoming environment. The staff members were very nice and helpful, but in my opinion they could do more in terms of activities.
