My mom was at Copper Ridge Health & Rehabilitation Center. The administration was terrible and understaffed. Slow response times to call lights. My mom's bed was broken the first night she got there, so I ended up spending the first night with her because it was so bad, I wouldn't leave her there alone. It was one disaster after another. She was there for rehab. The rehab was okay, it was just the rest of it that was bad. They had a couple of activities. She went down and played bingo twice, and that's the only activity she participated in.

Food is not just bad but disgusting. Someone should just go ask the clients. it is not just the opinion of my relative.

My 92 year old father stayed here for about 2 weeks while recovering from knee surgery. Staff was not good at communicating with old persons. They took his cloths for laundry without telling him and then lost some of them. One staff member assisting him had a cold and did not wear a mask. They provided no assistance when he left the facility in a wheelchair. They were kind, but not particularly professional or knowledgeable.
