I can't say enough about the staff at Vintage Gardens! They are excellent! So caring and loving. They treated my grandmother (who recently passed) like one of their own. Her daily life there was good and she was happy. She loved all of the activities and enjoyed the friendships she made there. It's very comforting to know that she was in good hands - especially as my sister and I lived so far away. I would definitely recommend them!

We went to look at Vintage Gardens. The director who met us was very nice. She provided us with a lot of information and showed us different types of rooms and sizes. We even went into a resident's room to kind of see how it would work with personal items in there. One of them was like a studio, and then one was a one-bedroom apartment. All the meals are provided. They have help with medications, cleaning, and even daily activities of living such as dressing and bathing. They also had activities in their activity room going on daily. There seem to be a lot of women who live there. They had a courtyard, an open area where some ladies were watching TV, and a library.

Vintage Gardens was exceptionally clean. I got to go to a room that my brother could have, and it was perfect for him. The outside was just so welcoming. The staff that I had met was very respectful and very friendly. The place was large. I don't think I could have probably found anything that was any neater or any more clean. I was totally satisfied. If I ever needed one, that's where I would go for sure.

Vintage Gardens was beautiful. The people were nice. I like that the best, but what turned me away from it was that it was a little expensive for my parents. The price was good for what you were getting, but they just couldn't afford that. They seemed to care about their people. They had the salon, the gym, different classes, and amenities in the rooms.

For my reviews of places for my father to go, the one thing that stood out to me as most important was the satisfaction of the current residents *as well as* the current staff. What I saw and have seen while my father stays there is exactly that. Happy residents and staff. Both of which tend to stay with the facility because of those factors. It really says something to me when your nurses/med techs are around long term and not job hopping. They've grown to have a relationship with my father and with my family. We know almost all of them by name, from nurses to med techs to cafeteria support to administration, and they know us. My only area of 'complaint' would be food quality has suffered slightly as it does with all cafeteria based kitchens since the pandemic and global sourcing issues. That said, they have well balanced meals, always have alternatives for things their guests do not care for, and I myself will sit with dad and eat dinner or lunch with him when I visit. Keep up everything you do team, thank you for taking care of my dad!

The staff is very caring. It took a while for us to learn to communicate well but they have been quite receptive to answering our concerns and questions.

I live in Vintage Gardens. It's very nice. I've enjoyed my time here. They're helpful to me, and everything is pleasant and well taken care of. The staff has been very helpful, very good, and very efficient. If you need something and ask them, they try to help you as far as they can. There are certain things some people ask that they can't do, but basically with what I've needed and asked for, I've had no problems. They've taken care of me and handled it for me. They provide three meals a day. The food is pretty good. There are some things I don't care for, but it isn't terrible. It's just you've got some likes and dislikes, but basically, the food in itself is good. They try to prepare good full meals. There's plenty of food, and it's good and well prepared. In your own room, you provide your own furniture, but they have a small kitchenette with a refrigerator in it and a microwave. There's a sink in there and cabinets to keep a few dishes or anything like that that you need around the little kitchen area. They provide all your lights. You pay cable for yourself. You provide your own TV. The bathroom has a shower, a stool, and a sink. The closets are nice sized. You pay for your phone and your TV. Other than that, everything else is paid for. They have activity directors. The activities are Monday through Friday normally, and we have exercise every day. They have exercises at 9:00 and at 10:00. We have various activities each day. We have at least one activity in the afternoon. We have bingo. We played Pass It On cards. They do Family Feud type or Jeopardy where you have to answer questions and different things like that. I'm thankful that they keep a good staff here. It's costly, but they try to provide what you pay them for.

Do not give Vintage Gardens direct deposit access. 90 days after moving my mom out, they have not only not refunded the half a month they owe, but they charged us for the next month after moving out. Today I got a letter saying that they will not give a refund due to a billing error 6 months ago, no financial data to back up the claim.

This is a nice, clean, beautiful building with excellent staff. It feels more like a home than a nursing facility. It's inviting and warm, and all of the people are friendly and helpful.

My dad moved into Vintage Gardens. They're meeting all his needs. Everything about them has been very good so far. The staff members are very conscientious toward their residents, and their friendliness is very good as well. The facility is very well taken care of. The entryways are very appealing. The furnishings when you enter are very nice. They have different group activities, like games, readings, and a baseball weekend. They have a lot of activities, but my dad doesn't partake in anything.

The person that took me around Vintage Gardens was very nice and very informative. She gave me a tour of their studio. It was small but they also had other larger bedrooms and the prices were reasonable. The facility appeared to be very clean. My daughter was with me and she thought it was clean and that they had stable facilities. They were very helpful with me being there because I was in a wheelchair at the time and they were able to push me around. They provide three meals a day and basic cable. They had quite a few members that had been there for a long time.

Vintage Gardens was outstanding. I loved it. It was very clean, and it was divided up into quadrants. Debra, who gave me the tour, was informed and she just really helped me work through all of the questions that I had and I had a lot. I was just very impressed with her. The price is a little more than the other two places that I looked at, but I think it was worth it. It felt comfortable. It seemed more quiet, more subdued, and more personal.

I did a tour of Vintage Gardens. It's very nice and very clean. It seemed well-staffed. They have lots of activities and were competitively priced. I saw a studio, but all that is available were studios. It had everything you'd expect in a studio, a large room, a large dressing area, and a large bathroom. The staff was very professional. They had a clubhouse; it was very nice. The dining area looked very nice; it was modest-sized. They only had 36 residents, so it was big enough to accommodate the residents.

I went to look at Vintage Gardens & The Villas at Vintage Oaks. They had little houses. They pay for all the utilities except for the cable and your phone. They weren't very big, and they just weren't what we were looking for. It had a nice atmosphere. There wasn't anything I didn't like about it. They had two bedrooms, lots of storage space, a two-car garage, and a little fireplace. The kitchen was all nicely furnished with a refrigerator and a dishwasher. I just thought it was wonderful. For the price, it was very economical. The staff was wonderful. They have housekeeping that comes in every other week that's just included in the rent, which I thought was wonderful. They have a clubhouse where a lot of the neighbors get together, and they'll play cards or have family functions up there. It's not too far from the hospital and shops.

Vintage Gardens was really clean and nice. The staff members that we met were nice. We met some of the people that lived there and they love it. They had no complaints. It's well kept up. The staff during the tour was very knowledgeable and knew everybody in there. The menu was on the bulletin board and it looked OK. There were some residents by their dining area doing a puzzle or two. The facility was in very good condition.

My sister will be moving into Vintage Gardens in St.Joseph. She's got her own room and we're trying to get all of her furniture now. The tour was good and the director, Debra, was the one who toured me through and she was very good. The rooms are very nice, a good size, clean, well cared for, and in good shape. They take them to the doctors Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. They have three hot meals a day and treats in between. They do deep cleaning in their rooms once every two weeks, every day they help with the medication, and help with the housework daily. There's a long list of stuff that they do. The surroundings are resident and also very nice. I saw samples of the menu and they all look good. I was there when the residents were eating, and the food looked good, they seemed to enjoy it.

We were very impressed with Vintage Gardens. We went there during lunch, and the people were very friendly, even though we were interrupting their lunch taking our tour. We were shown three different little studios, and they're all very impressive. My mother would like to go back on Friday and do some measuring before she decides if she wants to take one of them and if her furniture would fit in. They showed us the activity room and they have bingo there and entertainment from time to time and different things going on. They have a beauty salon she can go to. They have Bible study groups there twice a week, which she was interested in, and outdoor facilities and she loves to be outside. They had a great room where she could have family over for dinners and parties if she wants to do that. It was really lovely. I was very impressed that several of the ladies said, "Oh, go look at my place, see how my furniture is." Everybody was just extremely welcoming and friendly. I only met two staff, and they were very friendly. One was the lady that gave us the tour, the other one was the maintenance man. We stopped by the cafeteria and the people said hi there, but we didn't converse. The building itself was lovely and very clean, and we were very impressed.

Vintage Gardens is the place I would really like for my step-mother because it is close and we could see her more often. They were great there, the lady that showed me around was wonderful. It was a beautiful place. It is very clean and was kept up nice. If I was older, I would go there. It was really homey and there are a lot of activities going on. There were people playing cards and other games when I was there. They have a lot of different activities for every holiday too. It is a really nice place. The dining area was very clean and very nice. It is a very comfortable place.

We liked Vintage Gardens. The staff was very positive, seemed very nice and seemed really good. They showed us a common room where you could have your family come visit to host events. There's also a cafeteria, a chapel, and an exercise room. The room that they showed us was a studio type one. It was a 1-bedroom with a closet, a bathroom, and a kitchenette with a microwave and a mini fridge in it.

Vintage Gardens was the place that we got for my mother. We chose it for its price, and they have nurse practitioners and doctors that come in to the facility. They can eat in their room or in their dining room, and that was excellent.

The south building is the worst. The administration is never there when you need to talk to someone about an issue, the staff is very rude. They are always sitting around when you walk in. The activity director and exercise director are the only nice people I met there. The food is nasty. I would never recommend this place for anyone

The room that my mother got is a studio apartment. It is very nice and clean. It also has a lovely view. It has a big walk in closet and a large bathroom with zero entry level shower. My mom just moved in but as far as we know, the caregivers working there are very good and impressive. The facility is very clean and lovely. It is in a very good part of town. The dining room looks very nice. We saw one meal and it looked very good. There is a lot going on inside. The activity director takes the residents on a field trip once a week. They take anyone who is mobile enough. The safety there is wonderful. Everybody wears a button, so they can call for help anytime. Each room has an intercom in it. So if they don't show up, they can put you up and see if you are OK. It is a very good community.

My mom lived at Vintage Gardens Assisted Living for about six years. They had a lot of staff turn-over in the kitchen, which made us wonder what was going on. But other than that, she had good care. They had very good food and she loved it, although there was always too much. They had crafts. trips, exercises, games, outings, and other activities. I would commend this place to others.
