My father moved into Trustwell Living of Raytown this month. I think their service is excellent. Their facilities are excellent, and my father's been well taken care of. His apartment consists of three rooms. There's a bedroom with an open window that looks out on the landscape. Next to that is a bathroom with a walk-in shower. And then there is a small kitchenette, and next to that is a living room, which opens out onto the facility dining room. The food has been very good. They serve meals like I would be eating at home, and they all tasted very good. We're just very happy to have my father there.

I toured Trustwell Living at Raytown for my mother-in-law. What I did like about it is it provided everything we needed, and what we were asking for. The building structure was cool. It has all the amenities that you're looking for. The sizes of the rooms are adequate. It was a calm, quiet environment.

I toured Trustwell Living of Raytown. My first impression when I stepped into the place was that it was very nice. The person giving the tour is very accommodating and knowledgeable. I appreciate that they have almost a formal dining room or a dining hall for their residents and they serve their breakfast, lunch, and dinner restaurant style. Their apartments are larger than an average senior apartment, so that was pretty impressive. Even their studios were wide and spacious.

We toured Trustwell Living of Raytown. They had some more benefits like the housekeeper would come in a couple of times a week and stuff like that. My brother has the option to buy meals if he wants to buy meals and, and things like that. The lady was nice. She took the time to explain different things to us and gave me a book with different options and everything. They were in the process of doing some remodeling and stuff, and it was a lot newer and better-maintained facility than the first one. I can't remember the lady's name that helped us, but she was really helpful because she explained a lot more things than that other lady did at that place. She took us around and showed us different things and just explained it, so it was more easily understood than the first two people did. And my brother was impressed with it because there weren't as many steps or inclines or things like that. We went and looked at the dining area, and there were a lot of people eating. My brother had the option of getting his meals provided for him or he could have them delivered to his room or whatever he wanted to do. For activities, they had a lot more of these than the first place did. They had a game room there.

Trustwell Living of Raytown was in the middle of renovation, and it just seemed not put together yet, but I think it will be. It just wasn't then. The staff was very nice. They did very well with the tour.

We have chosen Trustwell Living of Raytown for my mother-in-law because it was within her financial realm and the caring persons that work there were very thorough and knowledgeable in answering all of our questions. My mother-in-law gets wonderful care. It is extremely clean. The layout is very acceptable for her as she has lost her eyesight. She is able to get around in her apartment well, and she is located very close to the dining hall. As far as cleanliness and care, it's above and beyond. They have special activities for them to paint and play games. Of course, some of that my mother-in-law can't do because of her sight, but they're very willing to help her when they do crafts. They have music come in and so forth. I have not tried their food, but other family members have, and my mother-in-law loves their food.

I wish my mom could live here. That place is awesome, and the rooms are nice. It looked like little apartments. They have a dining room with a menu board, and they give them choices. The food is served hot. The staff was really helpful and gave me a book to find other places that would suit my mom and her condition. I love the place. They have a physical therapist and little kitchenettes. Their rooms are set up like an apartment with walk-in showers. It's spacious and doesn't feel cramped up in there. The dining room was clean, and the food smelled really good.

I visited. The tour was fine. It was a nice place, there's lot of space, and lots of activities. They seem nice. They informed me about rates, the menus that they have each day, what was on the menu that day, things coming up, and activities. I saw 3 rooms, it looks fine. It was just a brief time there. The rooms, they all had kitchenettes, and pretty good space.

It was nice, clean, and very homey. However, the apartments were upstairs, and they had an elevator. The lady who took us on the tour was very knowledgeable and very friendly.

The staff here was very nice. She took my dad around in a wheelchair because he couldn’t walk very far. The dining room was nice. The do have assisted showers if they need help, and they did have 3 meals a day.

We chose it because it's closer to us and it has what mom needed. It was a smaller place and it has worked out pretty well for her. Mom has been very happy there. The food is great and the rooms are good. The staff was great as well. They have exercises Mondays through Fridays every morning. They also have two or three activities everyday like Bible study, crafts, and entertainment coming in.
