My mother is in Arrowhead Senior Living Community. I love it. It's great. It's in a beautiful area and surrounded by trees. It looks like a big lodge when you walk into the foyer. The people are very nice. It's a very nice place. They also have a skilled nursing area there. They have 24/7 care. They also have memory care there. Her living space is great. She's in a one-bedroom apartment and it has three windows, a little sink, a microwave, and a refrigerator. It's a beautiful apartment. They have daily activities. They publish a sheet about them. They do walks, they do games, and they do bingo. They have an exercise room. They have a shuttle. They take them to appointments. They have nail people who come in and do the women's nails, and they have a doctor and a nurse practitioner who come in. It's a very good place. I ate there, and it was good. The staff is very nice. The facility is very clean.

My Father was in the skilled nursing unit for 2 weeks at the end of February 2023. He was admitted there from the hospital for rehab. He has COPD and had pneumonia. It was vital that he have oxygen while he was there. I was there every day except two for two weeks and I don't believe that there was one day that the oxygen was connected properly or at the proper levels. The first shower they gave him they left his hearing aids in. We had to send them out to be reconditioned afterwards because they weren't working properly. The food was just okay. One of the nurses and one nurse's aide we're especially bad about talking to Dad in a non-respectful manner. There were many other poor items to mention but I'll leave it at this.

Arrowhead Senior Living is a new facility and they're nice. My mother stayed there for rehab. In terms of the personal care she got on her rehab, they did a very good job. They were very cooperative and met all of our needs. They worked with us on a timeframe to be able to bring her home. She did rehab, they did bubble baths, and the activities were pertty good in keeping her active. It's all brand new, they even have wings that haven't been filled yet. It's a modern and nice facility that's like a large setting. They mainly had the rehab facilities, like the gym for doing rehab, they have a nice cafeteria, and a living room area. It was absolutely great value for the money.

Arrowhead Senior Living accepts dogs, and my mother won't move into a place like that. It's an assisted living facility but they have a different area for people that have dementia. Somebody was at the front door to greet us and was happy to show us around. They're very accommodating. The facility was nice and new, but built like an open log cabin, so it didn't feel cozy to me personally. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was very clean and very well kept. They had an exercise room.

I visited a friend who was bedfast at Arrowhead Senior Living Community. It's an enormous facility. The surrounding was very well groomed and very elegant. She was in a single room and it had a bed where she could be raised a little bit to eat her meal. They were bringing her lunches as we got there. The exterior was grand, and the interior was mostly stone and brick. They had activities, but she was not able to participate. Their staff member was very courteous and wanted to know if I'd like to see more. They were very friendly.
