I'm very satisfied with The Wellington Senior Living. It meets my needs. It's clean. It's comfortable. It's well taken care of. Any questions I have, they're answered immediately and explained thoroughly and I'm treated with respect. The staff's work attitude is wonderful. I have no complaints whatsoever about the quality of the work or anything that I've been exposed to. I have no complaints about the food. Everything's good. There's plenty of it and it's good quality. Maintenance is excellent. I have needed very low maintenance, but anything I've asked for, it's been taken care of immediately. They clean on a regular basis. Every week, a new activity schedule comes out and I just participate in anything that I want to. I'm very satisfied with what I'm getting and what I'm paying.

I got to The Wellington Senior Living at meal time for lunch and I sat down and had a BLT and it was a pleasant experience. Their hallways were longer than I've experienced, but the facilities were fine. The first time I toured it, I saw the regular independent living facilities and I looked at them closely and I liked them. They're very clean and updated. They looked very fresh and everything like that. I was rather impressed with them. I had two different people that took me on the tour. The first person I had on the first tour was very helpful and let me see what I needed to see. The second person was the one I had lunch with, and he was also just as helpful.

We have selected The Wellington Senior Living because it's close. My father moved in two months ago. I like that it looks modern and up-to-date. You could tell that it's clean and well-kept. They have activities there. I have not tried their food, but it looks fresh. The staff is very caring and involved. They need to improve how they tell you what their fees are from the very beginning when you walk in the door, and none of this bait and switch stuff and additional fees that they nickel and dime you about. Also when they talk about how they have to assess your relative, they never once mentioned that assessment means more money.

If you are considering The Wellington Assisted Living Facility in Liberty, Missouri- I implore you to please reconsider sending anyone you love here. In May 2024 I helped my family select this facility for my beloved grandmother and will unfortunately live with that regret for the rest of my life. When we arrived my grandmother's room smelled strongly of urine and continued to for nearly 6 weeks until they finally agreed to clean them. The night-time care was horrible and many times I had to stay the night with my grandma to comfort her and keep watch. I witnessed multiple long wait times just for her to use the restroom. She would even call me in the middle of the night to see if I could come help her because no staff had come to her aid. I and my family often had to become the "middle-men" in helping our hospice team communicate with The Wellington nursing department. They were truly inept at communicating with a hospice team. While the facility is beautiful, the care was not and I watched my grandmother become more and more upset until we were finally able to move her elsewhere. The only bright spot were the Day Time care team and a few of the dining room staff- there were several that cared very much for my grandmother and tried to help us. They know who they are and they were angels for me and my grandmother in a dark time. Overall, my experience with this facility was absolutely terrible.

My friend has moved into The Wellington Senior Living. I like the convenience to my location, which helps me. I like the size of it. It's not overly large and yet large enough. I also like the cleanliness of it. The size of the rooms is another positive. I have tried their food, and it has been quite satisfactory. With regard to the staff, it is varied. The receptionist and the salesperson were great. But now I'm having a bit of a challenge with regards to some follow-up items with them, which I'm going to talk to them about today. They have quite a few social rooms made available to the residents like club rooms, libraries, and theaters. My friend has not yet used the transportation service that is available for doctor's appointments and those kinds of things. That would be a good amenity come winter. So that's a nice amenity. I think the place is fairly clean and well-maintained.

If you care about your loved one, do no move them into Wellington Assisted Living. There were countless medication errors and omissions made by the staff. When my grandma would ask what medications she was being given, the med tech would often say "I don't know". My grandma was always made to feel like she was being punished for asking questions (and it turns out, she was. Every time she asked a question, her bill went up). The response times at night ranged from 30 minutes to 90 minutes. My grandma felt trapped, abandoned, and ignored as she was wheelchair bound and relied on the assistance of the aides. The majority of the people working at night are from a temp agency. They were not kind and were not well-trained. If your loved one needs assistance of any kind, this assisted living is not for them.

The Wellington Senior Living was very nice and beautiful. It was very clean. It's practically new. The tour representative was awesome. He was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and did a great job. He showed us the rooms and showed us around. They have a lot of activities there. They allowed pets there, but they didn't have the facilities for pets that I liked. They didn't have a mini-clinic and after-surgery therapy facilities, but the dining room and everything else there were beautiful and top-notch. I think living there would be very nice.

We were impressed with The Wellington Senior Living. It's going on three years old. It was immaculate, it was clean, and it didn't smell. It was absolutely like it just opened yesterday. That was very impressive. And all the equipment that we saw from the exercise room to the pool to the game room was in perfect order. The interior design was pleasant. We saw one apartment empty, and so it looked spacious. We saw a two-bedroom-two-bath that was inhabited by a couple of two cats with multiple cats running throughout their apartment, as the agent who took us there said they brought too much stuff, and they did, and my husband said 'I would get claustrophobic in an apartment.' It was also ground level, so you had patio doors out. Nevertheless, the community was very well maintained. It was very calm, inviting, and pleasant.

The Wellington Senior Living was beautiful. It probably had everything I wanted. They have an indoor pool, and they have quite a few machines that you could work out on. I looked at a two-bedroom because my daughter lives in Saint Louis, and I want to be able to have a place for her to visit. The room was very good. It was not arranged as well as the two-bedroom at the other place, but it still was plenty of room for one person. Since that second bedroom is for guests, I would be able to go ahead and use that closet in there if I wanted. I wouldn't have to move clothes around, and I have a place where I could have my sewing machine and I could have a small table. They had a washer and dryer in every unit. They have assisted living right there, too. The staff who toured me was good. He pointed out lots of things. They have places outside. The staff said we're allowed to have potted plants or whatever. They have groundskeepers.

At The Wellington Senior Living, the apartments were nice and roomy enough for me. I'm just looking at a one-bedroom. They had a washer and dryer, which I wanted, and I liked their eating arrangement. I looked at their menu, and I liked the idea of not everybody eating all at the same time. I liked the restaurant-type vibe. They had exercise, a pool, and a beauty salon. It's new. It was very clean and smelled very good. The people seemed friendly enough. I didn't see very many people because I went in the afternoon and they were probably napping. I didn't see the staff much at all, but the guy that showed us around was very knowledgeable and very professional. Everything seemed pretty much up-to-date.

Our experience with The Wellington Senior Living has been pleasant. The staff has been professional. The food is better than average. My mother-in-law has fresh salmon that was grilled perfectly. So, she had a good meal. My meal wasn't that great though, but the menu looked nice. It is clean. The dining area is upscale, nice, and also very clean. It appears that it's a very good facility, and they have a very good assortment of activities on their list, like weekly outings. I think what we're paying for the services is quite expensive, but there's value in that. If there are services added, they charge for it, so you get what you pay for. You get an added service and a better place to live.

My father-in-law moved into the Wellington Senior Living. The facility is brand new and beautiful. The community is good. Everybody's lovely and it's just perfect. I've eaten there one time and it was average. He said sometimes the food is really good and other times it's not. I wish they did more with vegetables, because I feel like they always serve french fries. I don't see a lot of vegetables that go into their meal planning for them. They keep them very busy with a lot of activities, which is good.

We went to The Wellington Senior Living. The thing we liked best was it's new. Everything was fresh, new, lovely, and beautiful building. It's a gorgeous facility. We looked at a studio, so it's small. They had these nice appliances, but they were full-sized appliances. The washer and dryer took up a very large amount of your very limited space. And they had a full-sized refrigerator and a full-sized dishwasher. They had all these full-sized kitchen appliances, but all the meals are included anyway, so you're not going to be cooking. We showed up unexpectedly, but the staff made time to give us a tour. She accommodated us, and she was very helpful and knowledgeable. For amenities, they had a pool, a little exercise room, and lots of um common rooms. They had a theater area, but they didn't have pianos around, which was kind of a drawback for us. Otherwise, everything was new, up-to-date, and beautiful.

The Wellington Senior Living seemed nice. It's all brand new. I visited both assisted living and memory care because memory care wasn't up and quite running yet. The staff were down-to-earth, friendly, and nice people. They had a little activity area, they have a courtyard, and they have a nice dining area. There's a community center and parks across the street.

The Wellington Senior Living was bright and super clean. Everybody was super happy. The food looked fantastic. The rooms were gorgeous. They were brand new and had laundry facilities in them. Everything about it was wonderful. They provide all kinds of activities. They do cards and Netflix watching. They also have a pool, physical therapy, a gym, a transit that'll take the residents anywhere they want to go, outings, and room service where they'll take food to the resident's rooms if they don't want to come down to the dining hall. The staff was very attentive. They clean their rooms once a week, including their bedding.
