My mom likes Northridge Place, and that's the main reason we moved her in there. She enjoys her room, and I can tell she's happy. She's in a small unit, but it's very roomy. It is very clean and has a good walk-in closet. It gives more room for her four wheeled walker. She can go in and turn around in it. The bathroom has a pocket slider door, instead of a hinged door. It gives easier access for her with the walker, and it gives her more room. I've met the staff several times, and they were good staff workers. There's a lot of amenities. They have multiple meals that they can select at each time. There are church services and activities. I know she was playing bingo the other day. She just selects what she likes to do. The food is very nice with very good selection. There's an exercise room, sauna, and quite a few other things too. At this time, it's hard to keep employees with this pandemic. They have a salon, but they don't have the person to come in yet and do the hair for the ladies. They just got it there for them, when they're ready. It's not a super big facility. The price is actually a little higher than where she was at, but it's her comfort level, which is good.

My mother had wonderful care with NorthRidge She referred to it as her home. She was very happy there. She was very happy with the workers as well. They were so caring towards her. My mother already passed away. Fran really put together a wonderful staff. I've been meaning to visit her. She's a wonderful person. She cares for her residents. In fact, she reads them stories. They will gather and she will read them a story. It's just but wonderful for her to do such. The care is 110%. They were on top of everything. The meals we just wonderful too. The residents look pretty and pleasing. I just can't say enough of their wonderful care. Mother meant a lot to us and it was so wonderful to found a place like NorthRidge. They met every possible needs.
