The rooms are nice and comfortable. The staff is quick to respond to ones needs. They have a great Physical Therapy department that is devoted to assisting the patient to recovery. i can not write enough about their PT department. It is a top notch department. I would highly recommend their PT, as you can not get better care. They work with patient and their needs and display compassion. Their nursing staff is great as well. If you want top notch care, this is your place.

I was a resident of this facility and it was the best nursing home I have visited in Jefferson City and I have been to several in the area. It is by far the best decorated so it does not look like your typical generic nursing home. The rooms were clean daily and the housekeepers are super friendly. The nursing staff tries to give the best care they can, but they sometimes falls short so the good outweigh the bad. I LOVE their Activities because it is fun and engaging. I made some meaningful connections there and would recommend this facility to anyone.

I had a relative at the facility and visited many times. The staff was always great and welcoming. The building was always clean and decorated far better than most homes. My relative really enjoyed the many activities offered especially karaoke and happy hour. I highly recommend this facility for your loved one.

The therapy /therapists were excellent. The nursing staff were for the most part, caring and competent. the meals were nutritious if not always tasty and sometimes served late. The cleaning staff keeps the facility nearly spotless. Laundry was okay. Be sure to label all items with your name and keep a 14 day wardrobe of soft, easy to wear and dress in items, expect some losses due to misidentification of who an article belongs to. I was able to go home due to the care I receive.

Things may have been better in 2012 but today the place sucks. (2017) 45 minute average call time but can be as long as 2 hours. l think the kitchen buys lima beans by the bushel, they sure try to feed them to us often. l reported to the head nurse last Friday that l had a UTI. I reported it again on Sat, Sun, and Mon. They finally got around to taking a urine sample (this is done in house) late Mon afternoon. By that time l was sweating bullets and too weak to roll over, and what they drained out of me was nasty. Why did it take 4 days to get this done? Nobody here has an answer. l finally received meds to combat the infection late Tues evening, 5 days after l first reported it. Some of the help here is good (when they can keep them) but most are here for a paycheck and that is all. l would not recommend this place to anyone, and l am looking for a new facility.

My Aunt Ann was a resident here before she passed on, but I visited with her many times during the years she was there. When she got there she was a smoker and it was allowed in restricted areas but they ended up giving her the help she needed to quit for good. The staff are very helpful, friendly and provide service with a smile. There were always choices when it came to the buffet style dining which included many different, delectable menu options or you could have something else made personally for you. Family members and other visitors were always welcome to join their loved one for meals. There are beautifully done outside courtyards to visit in during good weather, a large television room with a big screen and Nintendo WII for exercise and enjoyment. The television room also has big, comfortable chairs with tables and lamps for reading and relaxing. This facility also boasts an onsite hair and nails salon.
