My family member has been there before. They had not had a bath for over a month while being there. for a little over one month! Some are rude, disrespectful, and unsympathetic! No one replies to your concerns in a timely fashion are never at all! I moved my loved one! You should think twice about yours!

My mother was in the facility recently 2018. It has changed management and the DON is excellent. The nurses are happy and treat the patients with great care and kindness. They have plenty of nurses to help, the medications were on time and without incident. I cant say enough about the great nursing staff there. I even saw how they treated the other patients. They told me their Motto was that they are a guest in the patients homes and work there, not the patients living where they work. The nursing staff was wonderful! The building was dated, it looks like they are remodeling it. The physical therapy was excellent, kind and caring, excellent!

My mom was at Meadowview of Harrisonville. It wasn't the Taj Mahal, but they were nice. The people were really nice, but the building was old and maintenance needs to be done on it. Whoever owns the place needs to put a little money into it. This is the 21st century and they don't even have computers. They're still writing on paper, which is ridiculous. My mom's room wasn't perfect, but it was clean. There's a dining room.

I would not send anyone I love or care about to this facility which is now called Meadowview Health and rehab of Harrisonville. The few good aides are overworked. Our loved one was hospitalized twice this summer for dehydration and still could not get water every shift when back at this facility. Briefs were changed once urine was dripping on the floor, meals are not made for people that don't have teeth. Staff do not have communication abillities, even when family ask for infomation and are present in the residents room. Staff use their cell phones in residents rooms. Not all staff know how to properly use lift equipment and will place your loved one in unsafe situations. If your loved one is not able to provide most of the cares for themselves, then this is not the place for them.

This facility is very nice and clean. There are always staff around and available to assist the residents. I viewed the dining area shortly after lunch, and it appeared to be cleaned up in a timely manner. There was a program going on as I was walking through, and the residents seemed interested. It appeared that any and all medications and medical records were satisfactorily kept private. There also appeared to be various activities available for the residents to participate in. I observed vending machines being used by both staff and residents. The facility had appropriate safety precautions such as locked doors and security systems. There was no odor to the facility. The residents I spoke with seemed happy with the care provided, as did their family. The facility looked nice and inviting from the outside, and once inside, it was warm and friendly. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
