MY mother laid there soaked in urine and feces. Bed sores all over her body. When i asked RN what could be done about said this said she is a hard person to deal with and it would be a few weeks until we can get to it.

I was turned away from staff to see a close family member. I spoke with staff supervisor and was allowed a 20 minute visit. nurses had poor bedside manner as well as below average communication skills with patients family. When I visited my relative he was soaked in urine and the nurse/CNA accused me of stealing spare sheets. I'm licensed in the health care industry and was very dissatisfied with the patient care at this facility

I visited my grandmother who was living in this facility, she seemed very happy where she was living. I personally noticed that the facility was very clean and the employees were very cheerful and kind to the residents. She always talked about the activities that they were allowed to do, and that she was allowed to play mind games, and chess with the other residents. Their living rates were also very reasonable, especially with all of the services that they provide to their resident. During my visit I noticed that the residents, as well as the residents had very interesting things to talk about, in fact I witnessed the employees actively encouraging the residents to do stimulating activities. So all in all, if you live in this area and you are seeking care for either you, or a loved one, I strongly encourage you to at least consider this nursing home, because not only will they provide you/them a good place to live, but they will give them activities that help nurture them and keep their/your help up.
