My grandpa is a resident there. I went to visit a week ago or so and of course he was telling me how much you did not like it. I tried to convince him it seemed like an okay place but just then I heard yelling in the hallway when I stepped out it was the director of nursing yelling at one of her staff in the hallway where everyone can hear. My grandpa said this is the kind of thing that goes on all the time here and he wants out.

The director of the Memory Unit was very courteous and helpful. However, my mother fell within an hour of moving in there. We came back to visit two hours after leaving her. We moved to the courtyard, which is lovely, to visit. An alarm sounded. I tried to find staff to turn it off. The wing was left with no one in attendance. I finally left that wing and reached someone in the other part of the nursing home. This took at least 10 minutes. The residents were confused and agitated during this time. A lady was wondering around and it was her chair alarm that was sounding. No one heard it, or came to help.
