I have spent 5 months so far but am trying to get another place to go the physical therapy didn't give me the time they billed insurance for. I couldn't put weight on my foot so I had to wear diapers and I wasn't changed when I needed so I lay in filth and cried. They put me long term even though I was just supposed to get therapy. They took my check and didn't do like I signed in for. one to two months for therapy and am now at 5 months and no better. Unless your loved one can speak up for themselves no bath I could smell myself so I complained to the social worker. They want money above all. I could write a book.

The rooms are mostly doubles, but you can pay extra (a lot!) for a single room. They're very cramped as doubles. Some of the staff members/nurses are quite nice and helpful, but the administrators and senior staff are awful, and convey their negative attitude to other staff. Admin is unhelpful, unfriendly, high and mighty, and do not hesitate to become verbally abusive. Their default answer for even the simplest requests is "NO!" They have a public WiFi, but don't want to share the password, even with the patient, and WILL NOT give it to family members. When you ask why they are so unhelpful and negative about EVERYTHING the stock answer is "It's our policy." Such bad policies, and such cowardice. If anyone in Administration ever smiled, their face might fall off. If you can place your loved ones anyplace else, I encourage you to do so; if it's someone you truly hate, put them at Tupelo Nursing and Rehab.

Staff is rude and lies to the residents and their family. Breakfast at 10, lunch at 2, dinner at 7. Filthy! Bed Baths are not given every day. Tylenol is not given when requested (my mom had fever). Bed pan brought an hour after pressing call button. This place needs to be shut down!!! Do not allow your loved ones to be placed here.

The CNAs r tasked with too much and very very understaffed. Very few care at all about the patients and the owners don't come check at all in my opinion it's all about money and not the well being of the patients.... the rooms are ok and the bingo playing with the residents r nice too....

Tupelo Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was clean, and the people were cordial. The place was locked up, so you can't just walk in and out. They seemed to care about their patients. The grounds were OK. The room that I saw had three residents in it and they had curtains dividing them. Their pricing was about the same as everybody else.

I am very impressed with tupelo nursing and rehab. The care is very good and most of all the residents there are happy and engaged. The staff are kind and it's very clean. The leadership is vibrant and they care. I highly recommend this Center.

This place is short staffed. Most of the aides do not respect the residents and it appears as thought it's only about the money coming in and not the care of residents. As administration does not care that the facility is short staffed and has no trouble laying off workers. This is by far, the worse nursing home I've ever seen. I have much experience as I am older and have had many family members in different ones. This is the last one that I would recommend.

I Was a resident at T.N.&R.C. FOR A WHILE. It is not as good as they let on. The tours are staged to look the way they want not the way it is. The internet and brocure pictures are all staged. The rooms are nothing like the ones they show and they only allow tours to meet certain people. Most of the staff have attitudes toward residents. In short I would not reckamend this facility..

I thought that were attentative to the residents and show all of them kidness and respect. It didn't fit the stereotypes you often hear about nursing homes.
