SummerHouse Beau Ridge I was a very nice facility. It was very clean. There was activity going on. I got to check out several units and visited all three floors. The first floor or the main floor was where they were doing their chair activity and exercise. Then they had one floor that was geared toward the library and another floor that was for games and puzzles and stuff like that. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. They have a dining room and they serve three meals a day. You sit at the table and you choose from the menu. It's just out of our budget.

SummerHouse Beau Ridge was very nice. The rooms were nice and roomy. They look very comfortable. The young lady who showed me around was very personable and very good about answering all of my questions. I thought that the cost was reasonable. My only objection to it was the room only has a microwave, not a stove. They have their own library and they have rooms where you can visit with visitors. They have entertainment that comes in and gives performances. I'm still in touch with them.

It could be better. Since acquisition in last 2021 rates are up 20%. Have at least fixed driveway. Not nearly as caring and loving as when Terrry and Justin were there. Food cycle is “rinse/repeat”. Get two months aid menus and you’ll be eating the same food all the time. For new investors in summerhouse “ask the residents “ not the spreadsheet. Used to be a waiting list to get in. Now $3000 to $5000 referrals to get someone in.

I loved SummerHouse Beau Ridge I. It was great. The staff that showed us around was wonderful. They let one of the residents show us around, which was great. We met several residents. They seemed like a very active community. The place was super nice. The apartments were beautiful. They had a courtyard with some gardens, a beauty parlor, an exercise room, and laundry. They were all very nice, personable, and made you feel very at home. The dining area was nice, very spacious, looked like a restaurant, and it was pretty.

I am a resident of SummerHouse Beau Ridge I. Its location is very good. The accommodations here are fine. It's everything that I need for my apartment. The staff is very accommodating and very efficient. I'm not a picky eater, but there are just some things that I don't like in the way that they fix the food. They have plenty of activities, but I haven't participated in any of them as of yet. I've only been here two weeks. They have balconies. They also have common areas that I use, a library that I use, and the transportation, if I needed to. Any activities that are going the way I am going, I can hitch a ride. Although, I have my car, so that's not something that I've used yet either.

I was impressed with SummerHouse Beau Ridge compared to the others that I visited. I like the cleanliness of it and the ample room. It didn't feel crowded. The lady that showed us the place was very knowledgeable. The staff I spoke with and interacted with were knowledgeable. They were willing to help, they were friendly, and they wanted to go out of their way to help.

It was very modern, very bright, aesthetically pleasing, and very nice. The person who toured us was excellent, very easy to communicate with, and answered all of our questions, including about the meals. They had activities, a beauty shop, and barbershops. Everything was there. They had so many food choices and you can have it your way.

My mother is here. It's excellent, and they're handling the pandemic really well. They've been totally strict about people coming in and residents not leaving except for emergencies. They haven't had any cases so far. The facility is very nice, but the food is just OK. The staff is excellent. They've got a good recreational program. They go on trips when it's not a pandemic, they have transportation to activities and doctors' appointments, and they've got a regular social calendar.

It is a large community, and everyone who works there is extremely kind. They apparently give their clients a lot of attention. My dad isn't left in his room all day like he was at a previous community. They have a lot of activities and seem to take really good care of my dad. They serve three meals a day. I have eaten two of them, and they're really good. The staff members are grea,t too. They're so kind unlike the place where he was before. They let people do what they want to do. My dad tends not to sleep a lot at night so he'll get up and wander, and they follow him around and make sure he is OK. They have a barber who comes and cuts their hair. They have physical therapy and a physical therapy room. They have this building surrounding a courtyard so they can go inside or outside and be safe. They have games and board games.

It was lovely, and the staff was nice. The place was very pretty. There wasn’t much going on while we were there. The room that we saw was modern.

It was a nice place. Everything there looked good and convenient. It had different apartments, and I got the chance to see the studio and the 1-bedroom. I had lunch there, and it was good. The food was tasty.

I really liked it. It was clean, and you could have pet. I had a good lunch there. It had a little courtyard where you could walk your pet. It seemed like a very nice place.
