My mom has moved into Chateau Ridgeland. She moved there for independent living and to be around people her age. What I like most about it is everybody seems friendly and helpful. They seem to be doing above the average there. The room is very adequate for her needs. You have three meals a day, and you have snacks and things that you can get all during the day. They change the sheets on your bed and make it up once a week. They vacuum her apartment once a week. They have all kinds of activities for them. The only thing is, the facility itself is quite old. They are refurbishing it, keeping it repainted and carpeted. But after something's been there for as long as it has, it's still not going to look like a new one down the street. It's very nice and clean looking. It's just comparing like a Holiday Inn to the Astoria Hotel or something. That's why I gave it a four. They're redoing the rooms, putting new carpet, and new flooring. It's just that, there are some little things in the wood or something that have a little age on them that might need a little touching up or whatever. But I won't give it a perfect score because I don't believe anything's going to ever be perfect. Except for their price, in my shopping around, their price right now is good for what you have.

The people and the residents at Holiday Chateau Ridgeland were very friendly. It was an older facility. I had lunch there in the restaurant, which was delish. It was very, very tasty. It took a while to get my meal, but it was very, very nice. I didn't like that most of the rooms had carpet and one of the floors had an odor that smelled more like a nursing home. Their courtyard and the outside area were kind of small, but they told me they were getting ready to do a dog park.

Holiday Chateau Ridgeland was just excellent in every way, including the staff, the amenities, and everything there. Every once in a while, they have a reduced price where if you get in during a special time, they've lowered the price or they'll give you a month's free. They have some rooms that were like suites with two bedrooms. They're very nice and roomy.

The people at Holiday Chateau Ridgeland were wonderful. It was like a homey/family atmosphere and I enjoyed the people there. The only negative I had about it was the location. I felt like I was in the middle of a populated town. I'm from a small town, and it was just too busy of an area for me that I didn't care for. I had a meal there and I had pork chops, sweet potatoes, green beans, and peaches for dessert. I enjoyed it. The lady that took me around was very, very nice, informative, and just very welcoming. The building was a little bit older, but it was clean.

I toured Holiday Chateau Ridgeland. I like the fact that it was small. Everybody seemed to know everybody. The lady that took us on the tour was the activities guide. She knew every person there and spoke to them. It looked like a very cordial place. They served lunch to us because that was the time of our tour. The food was excellent; it was good. As far as things I disliked about it, they do not have an assisted living facility per se. They have independent contractors that come in that you can hire if you should reach that level. That was probably the only thing that I wasn't thrilled with. The facilities were adequate. Beautiful courtyard. They have plenty of activities. I didn't have any problems with anything else.

I toured Holiday Chateau Ridgeland for my husband. We walked around and she showed me the different areas and places. Overall, it was nice. She also showed me the room. It was good accommodation. They serve three meals a day, they have activities, a pool table, and a smoking area. The staff was very kind, patient, and nice. They also have elevators.

I'm moving into Holiday Chateau Ridgeland. I chose it because everybody was so friendly. The staff, the people that I met there, and the people that work in the dining area were so pleasant and receptive. The woman that I worked with in the beginning, Kim, stayed with me the whole time, and kept calling to see if we could work things out. She was very patient and very helpful. I've tried their meals twice, lunch and dinner, and the food was delicious. I liked the whole thing. The layout is very nice. It's very clean and very comfortable feeling when you walk in. I just like everything about it. I like the convenience with the washing machines and that sort of thing. It's just very well laid out. Another thing that I liked about it is they're pet friendly, and that was important. They're fantastic.

I thought that the staff at Chateau Ridgeland was very good. I didn't really have any problems with it, and there wasn't anything I like least about it. It appears that every time they had to move somebody out of there, they were having to redo the rooms now (which is not uncommon). It's just an older facility. The staff that gave me the tour were very good. They were very attentive, answered all of my questions, and followed up and called me back. It's been very good. Since it is an older place, the facilities are somewhat dated. They seem to be more than adequate though.

My sister moved into Chateau Ridgeland. It seems to be the right fit. They were very accommodating. The location was very good. She came out for a tour and enjoyed it. She decided that it was the right fit for her. She's kind of in the process of still moving in, so she's not staying there full time yet. She will be moved in before the end of the month. They've been very accommodating and have done everything possible to make her transition smooth. She's beginning to meet new people. Everything that they said they were going to do, they did. They are in the process of looking for new activity director, so she hasn't really had a chance to experience activities yet. There are some areas that need to be freshened up a little bit (like the carpet needs to be replaced), but nothing really major.

We went to Chateau Ridgeland. The dining room was not as pleasing as the other place we visited and it was a little small. The apartments I saw were on the third floor and I just didn't really want to go up on the third floor. The halls were a little tight up there. The staff was very nice. They're right in the middle of everything. It's just a little bit tight and there's not enough ground around the buildings. The place looked nice from what I saw, but still a little tight.

I visited Chateau Ridgeland, and it was a nice place. The staff was very personable, professional, and easy to talk to. The apartments were nice and roomy, and they had several different options you could choose from, so that was nice. It was an older facility but very clean, nice, and homey. The location is pretty central, though it was not as central as I like it to be -- as far as where I live -- but as far as shops and other things, it was good.

I toured Chateau Ridgeland, and I would say that the residents -- at least the ones we met -- seemed happy there. I would say that the staff seemed to be willing to accommodate us. They took the COVID restrictions pretty seriously, too. I would say that the rooms were decent sized in comparison to some other rooms that I have seen before. At least it looked clean, but I did not think it was an appropriate size for someone looking to downsize, like from a normal house. They only offer independent living, but they have services that you can pay for à la carte for additional support. We did not eat there, but I would say that the dining area looked pretty large, and they were following COVID restrictions by having people socially distance. It looked pretty nice. It was a grand, very large open space, and I would think that my parents would like to eat there if they ended up moving there. I am not sure exactly what activities they have, but I think they had a library and a chapel upstairs. They seemed to have a lot of things to offer, although because of COVID everything shut down a little bit. But the woman we talked to who lived there seemed to be happy with the social interaction that she was getting.

I didn't know what to expect when I moved to Chateau Ridgeland. I'm a very shy guy. The day I moved in, the staff and residents made me feel very welcomed by being friendly and introducing themselves to me. I feel privileged to be here.

The people at Chateau Ridgeland were very nice. The apartments were nice and they looked like they had been recently renovated. The whole place was super clean. The dining area was nice; it looked more like a restaurant. The lady who accommodated me was a lot of help. The place was a really nice area and there was a very nice scenery around it.

I visited Chateau Ridgeland and I was very impressed by the community and the service. My overall visiting experience was very good. I liked the friendliness, not just of the staff members, but everyone. It's a nice and clean place. We stayed for lunch and we were introduced to some of the residents. It was nice. The layout of the place was very good, and it's a pretty good size as well. I found the staff to be exceptionally good. The lady that helped us called to check on us and asked if we found some place else. It was overall a good experience. It's an independent living community but they have home health services available 24/7. We saw some of the amenities. They have a very nice layout. They have a full-sized kitchen table in their living room that's big enough to accommodate a lot of people, but it just made it more crowded. The dining room experience was good and their service was great. They have several activities listed for the residents as well. I'm impressed overall.

Chateau Ridgeland was a very nice place. They were very professional, very welcoming, and very easy to talk to. They made an excellent presentation. I'm very interested in Chateau Ridgeland; I would give it a very high rating. The staff who was with us was excellent. The facilities were excellent. I'm not ready to move yet, but this is the place I'm leaning toward.

I really did like Chateau Ridgeland. The rooms were very nice. Everybody has his/her own apartment. Their unit has a small room, a kitchenette, a bathroom, a closet, and a bedroom. It is very spacious, like a small apartment. They provide three meals a day and two snacks. They have a snack bar too, which is open 24 hours a day. They have a beauty shop, a laundry room, and daily activities. They also take the residents out to doctors' appointments.

The attendants and the staff at Chateau Ridgeland were very friendly, warm, and open to answering questions. It was a nice place to visit. The place was clean and didn't have an odor. The rooms were really nice, and the dining area was pretty. They had a place where they could go outside, which was nice.

I am currently living at Chateau Ridgeland. I have a one bedroom apartment with a living room, bedroom, and a huge closet. We have library with computers and books. The building has three stories, and every floor has a washer and dryer. The place is really nice; it's well kept up. I like the management as they really seem to care, and the people are really friendly. I like the location as it is very accessible to anywhere I want to go.

Everything at Chateau Ridgeland is great. The rooms are a little big, and the dining area is spacious. The staff member who assisted me, Amanda, was really good. I liked the layout of the whole place.

We visited Chateau Ridgeland. The place was small, pretty dirty, and rundown, but they said they will be making some updates. They do a lot of things for the residents.

Chateau Ridgeland wasn’t very impressive. It looked and smelled like a nursing home. We didn’t get to see a room that was the size we would have wanted, but they seemed OK. The staff was OK. I wasn’t interested because it looked like a nursing home and the price was too high.

I went to Chateau Ridgeland. It was a good, older facility. It didn?t look like it was renovated, but it was still fine. The apartment itself was larger than the one I moved my mom into, but it was more expensive, too. The layout was good and appropriate. It would be a nice place to live, but the rooms were too big for my mother. She didn?t need that much space anymore. However, I didn?t like Chateau Ridgeland being that close to a very busy street. It is almost like being in a hotel where you can hear the cars going by.

I looked at the room at Chateau Ridgeland and had lunch there several times. The food was excellent. The staff was wonderful. They're very friendly and welcoming. They were wonderful. It was a very nice place. It was clean, and it was homey looking. I was impressed the first time I went there. The room that I saw was nice. It was small, and it would take some getting used to, but it was very nice.

I was not impressed with Chateau Ridgeland. The rooms were very small. It is a buy-in, the fee for moving in is way higher than anything I could afford, and their rent is about the same. They had no covered parking, and they had very little green space surrounding it. I have a dog, and if you get a first floor room, you have to pay extra. The people who gave me the tour were very nice, and they said they're going to build around a putting lot. They had an air-conditioner that's on the floor in that very little space.

I enjoyed my visit at Chateau Ridgeland. I appreciated the people who work there. I feel the facilities are well maintained, and the staff appears to be very congenial. I have a couple of friends who are already there. I had lunch there and I enjoyed it. Their meals are very satisfying, not extraordinary, but very good. It is located very close to me and is in a lovely site. The apartments are very attractive, and they are well maintained. They have a variety. They have two bedrooms, one bedroom, and a very abbreviated one; you know, everything flows from one thing to another, which is not really an apartment so much. It is a fancy hotel. All of them have kitchen facility that is limited with a small fridge with a freezer top and a microwave. They have a listing of the activities.

Chateau Ridgeland is for assisted living. Most of the people there were there in 70s or 80s. It just didn’t work for me because it was too expensive. The room was really nice, and there are chairs. There was an older man that I met there, and he was very nice; everybody that I met was nice. The food was very good. It was a really great place and really nice people. The cleanliness, how nice it was, and how nice the staff was really impressed me.

Chateau Ridgeland was real warm, and it had a wide variety of things that the residents could do. The food was good. I think the cook is good there. They have a little more flavor than ours. They have a program where any of their facilities you can go on a switch to visit. What struck me the most, even though I live in one of their facilities in Nebraska, is I think the people there were very pleasant and outgoing. They were all very caring and interested in helping the residents. They had people doing bean bag baseball from wheelchairs and walkers. They have armchair exercise. They have a small chapel.

Chateau Ridgeland was adequate. It was a bit expensive for what they had, but we are kind of in a holding pattern right now. The best thing about it is probably the location. It's near the mall and some places that she's familiar with. The only negative thing is they allow smoking on one floor. I would prefer if they were absolutely a non-smoking facility.

I found Chateau Ridgeland quite inviting. It was not super up-to-date as far as the structure itself but it was clean. The people were smiling and talking and happy and the lady I talked to seemed to be well informed about everything that went on there. I would recommend it. They have everything I think I would need when I do get to move in.
