The staff is very unprofessional. A friend of mine is a resident there, she called this morning at 6 a.m. wanting to come home, after being there 3 days. She is 91 years old and lives by herself. I called and talked to the caseworker and asked if she was able and ready to come home yet the caseworker suggested that she stay for more therapy. Her sister also suggested that she should stay for more therapy. The case worker said that she would try to explain this to her. My friend called and stated that somebody had come down to her room and told her that I did not want to come get her. Very very unprofessional!

I cannot attest to the physical condition of the facility as my brother was only there (alive) for a short time and I live 16 hours away and due to Covid at the time, I was unable to visit. However, my impression with the care is top notch!! The staff members that I talked to who cared for my brother were very kind, informative, and really seemed to put a personal touch on his care. They were very honest with me about his compromised condition (coming from a 6month hospital stay) and communicated with me daily. I am very grateful for them.

This facility is beyond terrible. Patients rooms are used as a hideout for lazy Personnel. Very few workers possess professional skills. They sit around or hide out giggling and gossiping about nitelife and patients. It doesn't matter what kind of illness patients have, they all receive the same diet. Lord knows this place was a nightmare when my sister was there. Reporting the situation to the correct personnel as well as the state had no affect.

This place should not be open another day. The condition and the smell are filthy. Patients Do Not to receive the basic care, I"m talking about just basic changing their diaper. They are left for weeks on end without showers or shaving or even brushing their teeth. Food is horrible. there is no getting on wi-fi cause all the employees are on it. medication is a nightmare. Rooms are tiny. Staff their are a few good works that actually do their jobs more so the Men than women employees. I went to the adminastrator too many times with complants, nothing, nothing was ever done. Patients that cant fend for themselves are left in bed , for days at a time. staff has no respect for these people.they are rude to family and friends.

My dad was in this facility for several months in rehabilitation. The care was very good. It’s the only nursing home that had a pleasant smell. He and His room was kept very clean. The food was surprisingly very good, and I know because I tasted everything before he ate it. Overall, my family’s experience was very satisfactory. Thank you all!

Very nice place to have your family I myself has had 6 family members in here. This is the only home out of the three who you see out in the community rather its the store the movies out to eat or at parades the residents always look happy and are a joy to be around. Great place to be
Mortified relative.

Intolerable living conditions. Horrible food. There is no professional care. Stay away! Had relative there, but got them out quick once we learned the dark secrets of Glenburney.

If there was an option for negative stars i would pick the lowest one. First off, care is not there and there may be one or two nurses that care in the facility but you can smile and act like you're working, but if the patient's condition looks worse and isn't taken care of or left untreated...Also the level of professionalism is not there. If you really care for your loved one, please do not go here. Moral, ethics and respect is not there.

I visited this facility today and saw nothing bad, just a older facility but that does not make up for the care I saw going on. I came and went several times during the day for I need a place to put my brother. I toured all 3 facilities today and this facility had no smell and had plenty of room for the patients to roam. No danger that I saw. Do wish that more family was able to attend, I am even thinking of doing a volunteer program so some of the patients can have visitors who might not have family. Like I said it is a older facility but clean, and they sure do have a big therapy center that is going to work out perfect and up to date equipment. They even have free cable and WiFi this way candy crush will not be missed. The employees were very nice and they seem to be busy at all times. Lunch was very nice and professional.

Glenburney Nursing Home is terrible. I wouldn't put my dog there. It is very old, it is congested, had not been updated in many years probably, very depressing. My mother has Alzheimer's and they don't have a memory care unit. The Alzheimer's patients are integrated with all the other nursing home patients, I would not want my mother there. The rooms are very small, not adequate at all. The staff was very nice on our visit.

i would send a stray dog 2 this facility!!! It's dirty and filthy in more ways then you can imagine. My Aunt lost so much weight because of the food conditions there! And that horrific smell in the halls ; my eyes are burning just thinking about it!!! Accidentally opened a door 2the bathroom on one of the halls and it was molded and the floors were covered in water and the toilet in feces !!! Death wish thank god my aunt isn't there anymore!!!
