Madison Home Place seemed like a very nice facility, and the lady there was very nice and very helpful and gave me some good things to look for in a place that could take you. The facility seemed open and very clean. We didn't get to check the rooms. We had just seen a little of the dining area, the front lobby, and the hallways. The dining area was very open, very clean, and very nice looking.

I toured Madison Home Place. There are lots of activities. The workers are pretty hands-on. They have meal plans. They go on field trips. They have transportation as well. The rooms depend on which one you select. They have a studio, they also have a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom. In the studio, everything is in one room, but the one-bedroom has a separate little living area, and dining and they have a stove. They normally unplug those for those who have Alzheimer's or dementia, and they have a little refrigerator and microwave. The staff was very friendly, and informative, and was able to answer all of my questions.

We were very impressed with Madison Home Place. Our visit was very enlightening. They offered a lot more amenities than any of the other places that we have looked at. They have a two-hour well-check that they do 24/7. They assist in bathing and anytime you would need something, you could just smash a button and they would be there. The staff was very impressive. They were very, very kind, very nice, and very informative. The facility was very clean and very well-kept. It's older, but it is in the process of being renovated.

Everything was good at Madison Home Place. I like the community. The staff who gave the tour was lovely. She explained everything. She runs the place. Every time the phone rang, she had to go to this and that, but she kept it short, and she did what she needed to do. The rooms were nice. I like them.

I'm leaning towards Madison Home Place for my mom. It was clean and efficient. They were very good at explaining how they operated during the day and night. I met their residents and most of the staff there. The room had a bed, a chair, a nightstand, and the built-in drawers and closet. The staff provided a lot of information and a lot of background on their staff along with the facility itself.

The workers at Madison Home Place looked like they were taking time with all the residents there. They were encouraging them. When I was there, they were taking them to dinner. They enjoy their jobs so that made it nice to see that they cared for the residents there. The place was really clean and I think it's fairly new, so I liked that. The residents seemed to be upbeat and happy. I liked seeing that also. The rooms were all private. They had a large activity room where they played music or had different activities, some were physical activities, and some were mental activities. It wasn't large, but it was still big enough for all of them to be in there to do their activities. The dining area seemed small, but they didn't have that many residents there, so they might not have needed a larger one.

Madison Home Place was nice. They were in the middle of remodeling a bunch of stuff, but everybody that we spoke to up there was really friendly. The person during the tour was the only person we really talked to. We talked to her over the phone and then she gave us the tour, walked us around, and showed us a room. She was very thorough. She showed us everything. The rooms were more like studios. They got a physical therapy setup they showed us. They've got a little boutique or a barbershop type thing. They got a little movie room and a little garden for the residents. It was a nice place overall and reasonable. Everything that was remodeled was really nice.
