We are an adult day center that specializes in creating a loving, safe, and compassionate environment for your loved ones. We have specialized training in regard to Alzheimer's Disease and other Dementia related memory decline. Our activity schedule focuses on several areas of wellness, including spiritual, emotional, physical, cognitive, and social. We love to play games, listen to music, dance, do arts & crafts, bake, play word games, play trivia, and more. You can also enjoy breakfast, lunch, and snacks while you are here visiting with us.

When you choose Heart to Heart Senior Care Center, senior living will start feeling a lot like taking an extended vacation. Here, you can sit back and relax, knowing that our specialty-trained care members will take care of everything you need. We can help you become closer as a family by taking away your role as a caregiver. Let us become the caregiver for the day so you can enjoy being with your loved ones when it's convenient for you.Our founder and CEO has been a director of nursing for over ten years, working with seniors with cognitive and physical challenges. He believes in bringing dignity to every stage of life by giving purpose and a sense of joy. He has specialized training in all the stages of dementia and has handpicked all activities to provide each person the ability to participate.

To provide the best and most knowledgeable care members, we have teamed up with Teepa Snow, one of the best educators for dementia. Using her positive care approach is instilled into our daily routine, and all care members go through an intense training program with regular training sessions throughout the year.​

We not only cater to all types of dementia but anyone that desires socialization or requires assistance with activities of daily living for all ages.
