My husband is at Country Manor (Sartell) and they're desperately in need of help there. I guess I wouldn't recommend the place to anybody. They just don't have the help that they need. Nobody cares. The food is okay, but they never bring it on time. You end up waiting an hour and a half to get fed. It could be anywhere from five until seven. And that's another thing they need to help there. They're in there 15 minutes and they're gone. So not much there for rehab. Its very poor. The rooms are okay. They try to keep them clean, but nobody makes the bed. You want to lead it back down your bed, you do it yourself. Like I say, they need help. There is no help there. I'm just waiting to get him out of there and hopefully, he can get as much help here at home with home care. The staff is friendly, if and when they do come in. But it's always pass-the-buck to somebody else. We are on Medicare, so we get 10 days free there, I think. The only reason that one is empty is that nobody wants to go there, and the other ones are all full. So, you're kind of left holding the bag.

My impression of Country Manor was very good. They have an excellent rehab facility, and the grounds are beautiful.

My mother in law was in Country manor for rehab, and I thought it was good. They took my mother in law for a couple of activities, and she enjoyed that. People come in at least once a week for entertainment and interactive activities, so I thought that was good. She really liked the staff.
