My father has moved into Ecumen Litchfield and it's been a good match for him. They've got great staff working there, and are very attentive, and communicate well with us. He likes it. He likes the activities and he seems to be enjoying it, so it's been great. They have bingo, church services, the men's group, and the exercise group. The space in his apartment is very adequate for him. He's got a one-bedroom apartment, so that's been nice. I know they've got another agency that comes in and does physical therapy with them.

I toured Ecumen Litchfield. The least that I liked was their garage. It is across the street from the building you lived in. If I go there, I would want a two-bedroom because one bedroom is small. They have bingo. They exercise a couple of times a week like chair exercises. They play cards. The lady that gave us a tour was very efficient and nice. It's an older building but it looked clean and well-kept.

I toured Ecumen Litchfield, but I felt that some of the common areas weren't quite finished. They had the office-type partitions and I just thought that it didn't give a very nice finished look to the place. But they had some rooms that were finished off that were very nice. The dining area looked nice. They had a chapel area with some beautiful stained glass windows. The apartments were pretty much all the same. They had garages, but they were not attached to the buildings. The gal who gave me the tour knew what she was talking about. She explained things and she answered my questions.

My tour at Ecumen Litchfield was good. It was a smaller town, so that was good. The staff that gave the tour was very helpful. The rooms or apartments were good, it's a little older construction but you really couldn't tell. It was very nice. I didn't try the food but their dining area was fine, it had adequate space and it seemed reasonable. They had some patio space. Because it was an older construction, it was more within the neighborhood, so it wasn't as spread out as the other one I toured, which was newer.
