I have visited this facility many times. The staff has gone above and beyond to meet the needs of my family member. Caring and compassionate care has always been given. I would recommend this facility to anyone!

When visiting a relative an employee stopped to give eye drop and said: " your eye drops finally came in". He told me the Drug store did not deliver them the previous day. No eye drops were administered. I mentioned this to management and was not given much assurance that this is not a common occurence. When an emplyee showed little compassion to a resident they were told that they are spoiling them. Staff and supervisory staff surn over is frequent. Staff is not responsive to special needs or residents even though those services were promised when they moved in.

Another resident blares his television and radio throughout the night waking and keeping up an 80 y/o radio. The staff refused to remove his radio at night (he is often asleep with it on) or do hourly checks at night. The staff person states he has rights! Don't the others too. The woman being is ill from lack of sleep and irritated due to a nights of interrupted sleep. Not much of a place when it comes to residents rights to peace and privacy.

My friend lives in this facility now. She likes it here. It stands in a very nice location with beautiful grounds and numerous areas where residents and their loved ones can sit and chat. She stays in an apartment which is very nice. The bedroom is large and it has a living room as well. In addition, there's a small counter, a small refrigerator and a microwave. However, she doesn't eat there; she goes to a dining room to eat with other residents. The staff is very friendly and nice. They always say hello when I visit my friend there. My friend joins in activities like games and other scheduled ones. The only complain we have in this facility and we think its weird is that they let dogs in in leashes but not cats. My friend has a pet cat and I had to find a place for it to stay because it's not allowed there, even just a visit. So, my friend is a little sad about this situation.

I have visited this site several times to visit family of close friends, and even at one time visited this facility while working for another company servicing equipment for the company. The people were all very friendly and waited on me hand and foot while I was fixing the item that needed servicing. While I was visiting my close friend's family members they weren't so nice. The people helping his family were rude and inconsiderate of other people being in the room and treated us like we were in the way. We reported it to the supervisor on duty and it was handled very quickly. I would say this was a great way to redeem your company and make sure you have the very best service providers working for you at all times, because image is everything.
