My sister had to be placed on the memory on very short notice right at Christmas. They people got her in & squared away when I never thought it would happen. Great service. The staff was excellent & the accommodations wonderful on the 3rd floor! My special thanks to Sheila who made this experience so good. She is not paid enough!

We visited Commonwealth Senior Living at North Byron's assisted living. I'm impressed with that place. I liked it because it's very clean and they just seem to have a very nice facility. They seemed on top of things and the people seemed good. They spent a lot of time with us trying to understand what our needs were. They had a courtyard and there were some appliances in the apartments. They also serve 3 meals a day.

We toured Commonwealth Senior Living at North Byron. We loved it. If it had been more affordable, that's where my dad would be. Kristen, the gal that we worked with at that facility, I fell in love with her. She was fabulous. I can't say enough good things about her. She did what she could to help us, but my dad's budget is what it is, and unfortunately, we couldn't finagle it to make that work. We had some cookies that they baked. They're delicious. The rooms were really nice. They were nicely appointed, and the little kitchenette. The building was beautiful.

My husband was here. He enjoyed the food, he told me many times, and the staff treated him very well. He knew all of them and talked with them. His room was a nice size, had plenty of light, had its own bathroom, and was nice. He was in the memory unit and they had all kinds of games for the residents to play, and they brought in musical performances for them. He's legally blind so it was very hard for him to participate in a lot of the stuff that he couldn't see but they did try to think of whatever they could for him to do.

We like them. We've heard pretty good things about the staff. My mom-in-law's room is very nice. It is a studio apartment, but it has a full kitchen and a bathroom. Everything is super new and nice in the whole facility. Their meals are good, but communication, like giving updates don't happen that much. The overall facility is definitely nice. I must say they treat her well.
