We have chosen the Provision Living at St. Joseph for my mom. She is currently residing in their assisted living. She's the one who chose the facility after her initial evaluation meeting. She felt she liked it being smaller, that each individual had a room, and that it was not set up so much like a hospital. She liked that setting. She liked that there were many people there who were around her age, that it seemed more like a community setting or family setting, and everybody was pretty much in tune with each other. It has a community feel about it and she liked that. The dining room and all the facilities are fairly new. The staff is very attentive and very nice. They have infrared cameras on the entire development so that if anyone has a fall, regardless of whether it's inside or outside of their grounds, assistance can find them through the camera and offer them aid. It doesn't even matter if it's a resident or a visitor, they will be helped. The residents are doing activities on their own. They have a calendar of events, whether it's for exercise classes, bingo, or outings. Their meals have a certain time too and their 3 meals a day are provided but you don't have to partake in them. Often, my mother doesn't eat lunch so she won't always go down for that meal. She is welcome to have a guest attend with her if she so chooses. She hasn't done that yet but you can let the staff be aware of that if you know for a fact that some of your family is coming. They also have a separate room if there is a birthday event and you wish to have many family members there. You can reserve the room so that you can all get together for a special event. They also offer movies because they have a movie theater. I have not personally tried the food but my mother is very fond of it. She thinks they have quite excellent food there. They have a chef on staff and apparently, he does a very good job because she has gained some weight.

This makes it possible to determine an individual’s activities without revealing detailed characteristics, facial features or discrete body parts. Residents benefit from freedom and autonomy in a safe environment; families sleep easier knowing that Mom or Dad is always under the watchful eye of the Foresite Eldercare technology. Foresite Eldercare is a powerful tool for surfacing fall risks. The solution helps track health acuity levels over time rather than making judgments based on just one or two incidents. It also provides early warnings of decline. “When you see better, you know and do better.”

We thought Provision Living at St. Joseph was a beautiful place. We were just a little concerned about the lack of professional staff in the memory care and about the $3,000 deposit, but other than that, the rooms were beautiful and the staff that we met with was wonderful. I loved the artwork in it and it was just a beautiful setting. It was spotless and very well-maintained and I loved what they did in the rooms.

Provision Living at St. Joseph welcomed me into their home and it was a very warm feeling. The staff was very warm and informational. The rooms were top-notch. I have other aunts with me that were saying, "Can I put my reservations?" They had a location for a spiritual setting, a piano, a bowling lane, a theater, and an exercise room. They had a common area and a kitchen and a dining area specific for memory care. They, with supervision, can take part in other activities such as the exercise, the movie theater, the game, and the church, and they have an outdoor patio to themselves. I was not able to sample the food, but I did see pictures and the menu to complement the pictures as to what they have. It's all prepared in-house and all-natural.

Provision Living at St. Joseph was a beautiful new place and the one thing that they have is some kind of a sensor in each room. After a person has been there several days, that sensor knows how the person walks, and if they're walking patterns have changed, they can alert the staff and see if there's a problem. I think they would also know if the person falls. They have a nice dining area and a dietician on staff. The gentleman that gave me the tour was very knowledgeable. He was great. He answered all my questions and knew all about the place. He was very nice. It just was very impressive.

Provision Living at St. Joseph assisted living was very nice, it was like being on a cruise ship. It's high tech, they have an AI system that kind of monitors your actions like if a person is slumping and could potentially fall or if they're having issues medically. They have a group area where they do their eating and activities. I didn't see much outdoors but they have an inner courtyard. They also have a bus that brings them to places. I think they have a movie theater too. They're pet-friendly and I think the pet has to be 25 pounds or less. I just came and visited on my own after a dental appointment, and most of the administrators were in a meeting but one of them came out to show me around and gave me the brochures and contact information. I was impressed with it. Everything is provided from 7 to 7, I think, for the food. They had activities and the staff was wonderful. There's a person who is their receptionist when you come in. The place is top-notch.
