My parents moved into ML last October. The facility is a secure coded entrance. The staff members were all welcoming. Meagan and other staff members make sure my Mom gets showers and her meds. Brittany and her team ensure the residents keep active both mentally and physically. The themed events are above and beyond amazing. Every last detail is well planned - Holidays, Veterans dinner, opening day of hunting, the Ball, etc. I love that photos are posted on FB so that other family members can keep an eye on what my parents are up to. Can't wait until the live Clue game that is being planned!

Very clean facility. The staff treats you like family. We've been involved in several different activities and had a great time and have made friends in their!! We really feel good about the care of our family member after leaving there. This is a great place for your family member to be as we've heard horror stories about other places.

My mother is receiving the Best of Care she could possibly receive. The rooms are always clean. I have been around for many of her meals and the look and smell amazing. She never complains about the food. The staff, I can’t explain the gratitude and appreciation I have for their kindness and patience they have towards their residents. They have amazing activities everyday that keep the residents entertained. I love the Facebook page that keeps me connected when I can’t be there. We also have family and friends that live out of state and they stay connected through their Facebook postings. THANKS SO MUCH!

We went to Maple Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care. The best thing was there was no smell, and it was very bright and cheery. They have a hair salon and activities seven days a week, so I was impressed. They also have a courtyard, which is very nice and very convenient. They also have places where you can get on a bus and go places together as an activity and stuff, which I was very impressed with.

The very most important thing I can say about Maple Lake is the quality, caring and commitment of the staff. Every single person has been absolutely wonderful! As a daughter, placing my parents care in the hands of strangers was completely terrifying. At the first visit I was skeptical. “Too good to be true”. But I had visited 8 other facilities and they didn’t compare, so I thought I should put it to the test. Arrive unannounced! It didn’t matter one bit. Still the same wonderful attitude. In the end the contact my parents have with the staff on a daily basis can not be topped. Period.

I had known other people that stayed tat Maple Lake and was always impressed by the clean cleanliness and overall apperance.but it wasn’t until my mother stayed there that I realized there was much more. everyone in the staff staff was so welcoming and loving ,my mother has really taken to the place. she had not eaten solid foods in over two years. now when I’m on the phone with her and her food arrives she says I am going to have to call you back. Her room is always clean and she has a beautiful view. It’s a very private setting. It has been a perfect fit for us and I have recommended it to others that are faced with this tough choice.

We checked Maple Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care and we liked this place. At first, it was a really good visit, and then we were told that if we did use that facility, as soon as my dad would qualify for Medicare he would have to find another place to live. We only talked to one staff member which was the person in charge, and we felt that it wasn't personable for our family. The room that we saw was ok, they were fixing it up for the next person that comes in so it was empty. What we saw as a studio, which was the cheapest one. There wasn't a lot of room for somebody who loves the outside, it was very limited and kinda shut off, because they were afraid of losing one of their patients. They had the patients out in the hallway, and I'm very respectful of that, but my dad wasn't ready for that at this time. The maintenance of the facility was good.

The room in which my mother lives is a studio style room. It is adequate for her. The staff is wonderful. I have not yet met anyone who is not kind or compassionate. The community offers many activities, however my mother rarely participates. All staff encourage her but she is hesitant.

There are not enough words or time to explain what a blessing Maple Lake has been to our family. We moved my Dad in January 2020. From the very beginning, the staff, (Kallie, Carmon, Brandi + everyone else) and Administration (Kristen) have all been truly amazing. As soon as we moved him in, they wanted to learn about my dad - his likes, dislikes, patterns ...... including his extreme love of coffee. When Covid hit, Kristen and her team were on top of it. From wearing masks, lockdowns, opening back up, to lockdown again ...... they were in constant communication with us and did the best they could to make sure families could stay connected. The staff has done an incredible job keeping my dad comfortable and filled with coffee, as his dementia has worsened. Knowing my dad is safe and well cared for is priceless.

I've toured Maple Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care. That place is nice. The guy who helped me, his name is Matt, and he is very helpful. So far, we're leaning towards that place, although it is a bit far away. He has been absolutely helpful, and he's very knowledgeable. That tour was very nice. I saw one is the studio apartments for the assisted living. It was very nice and clean. I like the layout. I didn't see the other layouts that they had. They're very full right now due to Covid restrictions lifting, but he was able to show us the room and I liked what I saw. We only looked at the room that day, and he did not take us around. We're in a time crunch, so we were like, 'We need to see the room. We need to see the price,' and so he gave us some literature and brochures and everything. I saw a library though. The building was beautiful, and it's in a great location.

We checked the assisted living and memory care of Maple Lake. When we went in there, all the staff was really friendly and helpful. They explained the routine, and that they have a dining area, and how that works for the people to go in and eat in the area where they could meet up, and talk, and do activities, and things, and that's kind of like in their main area. The side we went on was for the more assisted living, and the other side was more for the memory loss, which we didn't go down that side, because we didn't really have a need at that point. They showed us one of the rooms. I think what turned us away from it was just because you walked in and they had area an set up for cupboards and stuff like that, but there was no divider or door from the bedroom to the living room. It was all like one where you put a bed, and it was right there, and then you could get a couch or chair. It is more like a nursing home, and we're not ready to put my dad in something like that. They didn't have like their own bathtub where if he felt like taking it, he could. The only way he could take it was he had to sign up for a bath, otherwise he had to do a shower. We asked them about microwave or coffee pot in his own room, and they do not allow that, and we knew right off the bat my dad would not accept that whatsoever, because he constantly drinks his tea and microwaves his own meals, and he's just not ready for somebody to have to do all of that for him. The place is fine if the people are to that point where they need constant supervision. We met a couple of the staff and they seemed very good. When we visited, they had told us that they had set up a time where none of their patients would be out and about because of the COVID. They didn't want to expose them or anything, so they had to do it, which we understood, and we were kind of glad that they did that, but yet they let us do an in-house visit, and it didn't have to be the online one.

We really liked Maple Lake Assisted Living & Memory Care. It was nice. The staff was very nice and very helpful. I saw the menu and the lobby. There was a huge library and a fireplace area. It was just a nice community area. We got to peek into a room. It was a resident's room so we didn't really go in, but it looked very nice.
