The Wisconsin DHS’ Division of Quality Assurance is specifically tasked with ensuring the welfare of those living in CBRFs.
No organization tracks pricing data specifically related to memory care; we’ve used the cost of assisted living as reported by the annual Genworth 2021 Cost of Care Survey to approximate prices. Assisted living usually costs about 20-30% less than memory care; therefore, the lists below estimate memory costs to be 25% higher than assisted living costs.
