My sister is placed at the Atrium at Faxon Woods. She is quite happy there, and she likes the meals. She got COVID the first couple of weeks, but she's doing much better now. The people had gotten it, but now it's only like down to one, and everybody's wearing masks and the whole bit. My sister is adjusting very well. We're quite happy with it. She has a single room, and she has a bed, a dresser, and a nightstand. She has her own bathroom, and she likes that she has privacy. It is a more studio set up. With regards to activities, they have different people coming in, and a guitar player comes in and sings songs. And then they have arts and crafts, they have exercise things that they do, and they have nuns that come in and say a mass for them. It's quite active. They've got quite a bit of things. That's what's good for her and it keeps her happy.

The only place I toured was The Atrium at Faxon Woods. It seemed like a nice place, and it was close. But I think my friend didn't choose it because of the price. The staff who toured us was very nice. They had one-people and two-people rooms. I believe they're mostly two-people rooms. The place was very clean when we went through. The dining area was very nice. Everything seemed to be very well kept up and very neat.

The Atrium at Faxon Woods was very welcoming, very homey, and very nice. I liked the atmosphere and the openness of the facility. The apartments were well-suited for the individual needs. I liked the schedule they had in terms of the mind games they played like bowling, sports games, taking them out on visits, doing things with them, and not just having them sitting around. The staff who assisted me with the tour was very informative, very welcoming, and very nice.

I felt like everyone genuinely cared about my father's well being, from the receptionists to the aides to the managers and especially the nurses. Very helpful in getting him settled in. They tried to get him engaged in the community, made sure I was aware of what was going on, good and bad. Highly recommend if you have a loved one with dementia.

My sister is living in The Atrium at Faxon Woods. The community is fine and I like it a lot; the staff is great, they're very good. She can get her nails done and her hair done there, and they have a physician and a dentist who come in to visit.

My mother stayed at this facility and I was shocked at how poorly she was treated. Here are my main takeaways about life at the Atrium. -Staff: Terrible. Absolutely terrible. The staff would blatantly ignore the residents, even when they asked for help. They would do anything to get out of having to work. Then at Christmas time, they had the audacity to ask for tips. Yeah, right. -Food: The quality of the food was terrible. I've seen better foods in jails. Not to mention how many residents were struggling to feed themselves, as the staff members just sat around and laughed. -Activities: None. For the money you'll spend, this place is a total nightmare. You would have better luck anywhere else. I promise.

We chose The Atrium at Faxon Woods since it is the best fit for my mother. The faculty is wonderful and invested in the residents. They get to know them and make them feel comfortable, which is great. The facility is very clean and the rooms are a good size. They have different activities to keep the residents busy and entertained.

We visited the Atrium. The rooms were very clean, pleasant, sunlit, and very nice. They had physical therapy and amenities, but my needs are different. The staff was very friendly, approachable, and down to earth

The staff who did the tour was nice. The Atrium at Faxon Woods was a nice, small, and quaint place, but I didn’t like the fact that you would have to share a room. In most places, you have one living room, a kitchen area, and an actual bedroom. Theirs is actually one bedroom and that was it. It’s more expensive. The grounds were nice, and there was a lot of area for everyone to be out of their rooms. I just didn’t care for it privacy-wise. For the price, I would expect much more.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback and tour our community! Although we do offer a few private and companionship rooms, most of our rooms are smaller because we specialize in memory care. We have found that individuals who have some form of dementia do much better in a smaller environment, there is less confusion. Since we are not a traditional assisted living we are able to offer a much higher level of care than most assisted livings out there. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out (978)934-0000.

The Atrium at Faxon Woods was very good, but their level of functioning was lower than where my mother is currently. I was taken by how small it is because I'm used to much larger facilities. A lot of the people were inactive and sleeping, but the appointment I had was after lunch. The staff was wonderful as far as greeting and sitting down, and it was clean and fairly modern.

My parents are at The Atrium at Faxon Woods. The facility is just for memory care. The rooms are fairly large. It has two separate wings, and the only connection between the wings is the dining area. Their food is good. The staff is very nice. I can't say good enough things about this place. They do have different things going on. They do reading, exercises, pianists, and impersonators. There's like a couple of activities every day. What I like is that my parents are well taken care of. They have onsite dental and a doctor who comes in. They setup my father's pacemaker check. They just take care of everything.

I thought the staff at The Atrium at Faxon Woods was very courteous, helpful, and actually spent a lot of time explaining not only the tour, but on the different scenarios and I think that was very helpful to us. We felt that she was very kind and generous and followed up all the same and made sure that all of our questions and concerns were addressed. Personally, we didn’t feel that it would be the right facility for our mother. The location of the facility is very remote. It's like way up on the hill and I felt it was out of the way.

My brother chose Atrium at Faxon Woods for our father because they said they handle all kinds of memory care. It is a locked in facility and my dad had a plenty of room where he can walk. It is a clean and beautiful place and so far my dad is comfortable there because it has a homey feeling. The staff is alright.

My client is staying in The Atrium at Faxon Woods. She has been there for about six weeks now. Everything is going very well. This facility is absolutely fabulous. Their level of care is very good, everything is perfect from start to finish. The facility is very clean, pleasant and very inviting. Their rooms are probably about 14 x 14, but they are in a very good condition. Everything looks clean and presentable. My client likes the variety of food in the menu and she thought the quality of it is very good. She has no complaints about it.
