I am a resident of Little Neck Village. The main building is a long, two-story building. Generally, each person's unit is a 1-bedroom. They do have a couple of 2-bedroom units. They have a clubhouse and have whole functions there if you wish. They periodically have gatherings they initiate for all the residents, like Valentine's party, a Halloween party, Easter party, or things like that. They put on functions themselves for the residents. They don't offer meals because everybody has their own kitchen. Everybody in the 1-bedroom has a bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. They take good care of the facility. The maintenance man that they have had for many years recently just died, and now they have a new one. He was a very good man; If you had an issue with anything, he'd come right away and take care of it. Since this place is so nice and well-liked, there is a waiting list to get in. So, if anybody is even considering it, they should come to look at it, talk to the management, and get on the waiting list.
