Atria Fairhaven is a friendly, supportive community for our family member. Her apartment is well maintained and the housekeeping staff do a good job in keeping it clean. There are plenty of activities for physical fitness, entertainment, and socialization. The food is very good and the residents have plenty of choices. The staff is responsive to requests and there are good lines of communication between the administration and the residents, including families. We are especially grateful for the safety protocols put in place during the pandemic to keep our family member safe. After a year and a half, we are still very pleased with our choice of Atria Fairhaven.

Atria Fairhaven was lovely. I would have moved my aunt there in a minute if she would have gone. It was clean and bright and it smelled nice. I looked at an apartment on the first floor, and it was great. I looked at an apartment on the third floor, and it was great. The layout was good. It wasn't too far for people to get from one spot to another. I didn't meet that many people, but the people that I met were welcoming.

We toured Atria Fairhaven. It was professionally run. The presentation was very professional and down to earth. The facilities were exceptionally well-maintained and seemed like a very pleasant and safe environment. I saw studios and one-bedrooms. They showed us the exercise session going on, they showed us the dining room, and they gave us a full tour of the entire facility, it was very pleasant.

We went to Atria Fairhaven. It was a beautiful facility. We were just very impressed. It was very clean and the rooms were wonderful. It seemed like the people who work there were just very much into having a nice community for the elderly people there. The staff was very nice and very caring. We didn't try the food, but it looked, and it smelled delicious. The dining area was beautiful, with nice choices of food, and it looked like a restaurant the most. They had two plates of food to show what they had for the day where you can order off the menu as well.

We toured Atria Fairhaven. What we liked the best was it's a small community. I feel like there would be more attention given to my mother-in-law. There are adjoining rooms where they would have their own bedrooms, but they share a bathroom and a living area. Or they would have a studio where they have their own bedroom with their own bathroom. They showed us their activity room, they had the main room with a TV and seating for the residents, and they had a little dining area.

My mom is in Atria Fairhaven. She has been in for a few years now, and she has received good care. The accommodations are very nice. They have different kinds of rooms, you have your options in terms of your apartment. The food is very good. You have your choices, and it's menu style. They have a nice dining room. They have an activities room. They do sometimes get outdoor entertainment things (weather permitting). They handle the pandemic very well. I have to say, I was very pleased with all of the protocols that were put into place during the pandemic. It was good. Right now, they're COVID free, so that's good as well. The staff there (particularly the women that helped care for my mother) are very nice, very caring, very supportive, and very kind. So I've always been very pleased with all the assistance that she's received. They have activities. They take them out on scenic tours. They don't get out anywhere, and that's all having to do with COVID. They take them out on scenic tours. They bring in entertainment, and they were doing them outdoors for safety reasons. They have an activities director, and they have a lot of options for anybody who is interested. The food is very good. It is clean. They do a good job with housekeeping and cleanliness. It's not overly expensive.

I went to Atria Fairhaven for my mother. The facility was OK. It was expensive. The construction of the place didn't impress me nor did the stuff they put inside, but it was OK. I only talked to only two people, and they were very nice. I saw the dining room and it was OK. Their apartments were clean, but they were not of good quality, i.e., the kitchen cabinets were cheap. For $6000 a month, it wasn't good quality.

I choose Atria because of its proximity to our home, the size and the impression of warm and caring people there. Everyone is extremely helpful and everyone is available when mom needs them. They are very friendly and compassionate. Her room is lovely. Everything is freshly painted and clean when she moves in. She has a lovely courtyard view. The food is excellent. They offer a wide variety of activities. They are exercises and mental activities like arts and crafts. My mom is not a big joiner and she doesn't participate in everything. But they are certainly available whenever she wants it. I will say it is the right place for her to be and it is good choice. It is homey and comfortable. I will recommend it to others.

We checked out a few facilities in the area and Atria Fairhaven is where we ended up putting my father-in-law. This was our choice because it was locally near the family. It is an excellent facility. My father-in-law enjoys it very much. He loves it! Food is excellent. They have music, shows, trips, and transportation to wherever you want to go. What I like best about this place is that it is small but enough for socialization. I like that it meets all of my father-in-law needs, better than he had at home. I would definitely recommend this place.

Someone gave me a call and set up an appointment to Atria for me to go there and tour the place. The staff was very cordial, good and inviting. The rooms weren't bad at all. It seemed more like a hotel/motel type building. I saw the list of activities that they had and they kept the residents occupied with activities.
