My mother is adjusting fine at Spring Arbor of Severna Park. It's a very nice facility, has very friendly people, is very clean, organized, and the rooms are much bigger. She hasn't done a lot of the activities yet, but what they offer is very good. They have Bingo, crafts, and dancing. Everything's good.

I like that Spring Arbor of Severna Park is close by, and the staff seems competent. Those are probably the two biggest attributes. The staff members were friendly, courteous, and professional. The building was very clean and very well maintained. The atmosphere was positive, cheerful, and friendly. The rooms were adequate and good. They're no different from the others I've seen.

My father is going to be moving into Spring Arbor of Severna Park. It had all of the amenities and everything that I needed for him. I felt more comfort putting him in a memory care unit that has locked doors and elevators. He can't get out. The cost is a little exorbitant, but he had the money. The other thing that I liked is that he is going to be active. Whereas being here with me for the past two years, he didn't have any social time. He needs to do that. They have nurses on the staff, and they are there so many hours throughout the week and on the weekends. I just felt more of a comfort level for him. I saw the people there, and they all seemed happy. They weren't just slumped over in chair sleeping. They were active. The marketing director is awesome. She is very helpful. The director and the one nurse that did an in-home assessment were very professional and gave me a lot of pointers, too.

Spring Arbor of Severna Park is brand new, and it's well taken care of. They have everything you could want for their patients available to them. They had a large Valentine's Day party, and they had everything that you could need, live music, and a nice meal. It's just very nice. They work hard to make their patients happy. They have nursing staff available 24 hours a day, and they have physicians that come in daily. All of the staff, all of the people that the patients need, come to the house. They don't have to take the patient out of the house unless they need to go to the hospital. All the rooms have a refrigerator, a sink, and a microwave. The staff who showed me around was great. She was very knowledgeable, she likes the place and she showed it off very well. She answered all our questions and more.

There's nothing I did not like about Spring Arbor of Severna Park. The place was very clean. It had all kinds of activities. It covered all the needs that my relative would require as far as activity and motivation. It was a very friendly place, and the staff was very knowledgeable. They had a lot of activities going on, like events, physical therapy, and places to go outside, which were pleasant.

Spring Arbor of Severna Park is very nice, very well-kept, and very clean. It seems like a comfortable environment for anyone to live in. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were spacious, and they had everything that would be needed to keep my parents comfortable. It was a very nice facility. No concerns at all. The dining area is very nice. It's set up like a restaurant. They have nice outdoor opportunities for people to be indoors or outdoors to enjoy the scenery that they had around as well. They showed us the amenities, but I was not able to observe anything in action. The community was very well kept.

I went to Spring Arbor of Severna Park. What I liked about it was they had a lot of reclining chairs for the residents. They looked like it was very much geared for memory care versus assisted living place. It's a nice, open area and everything was very nice. The lady in charge of admissions there was very nice and she was very helpful. The only thing was, my husband, did not qualify because he had a Hoyer lift.

I liked Spring Arbor very much, and it was where I want my husband to stay. Everybody looked so well-groomed and cheerful there. Everybody spoke to me, greeted me, and was very friendly. The rooms were beautiful, and for amenities, they had everything. There was so much parking, and everything was great.

Spring Arbor was brand new and had terrific facilities. The rooms and bathrooms were large and better that any others we saw. Because it was brand new, everything was spotless. It was very modern and sort of institutional. I would recommend it.
