My Dad has lived in this residence since August 2021. The ownership has changed (used to be Sunrise). The property is clean, pretty, well cared for. The staff are kind, friendly and caring, most have been with the residence for a long time. Covid precautions are enforced but not overwhelming. There are a variety of activities, food is very good and served in a dining-room like setting. My Dad's happy there and I enjoy visiting.

Place is a dump - staff, especially night staff, shouldn't be allowed to water plants, let alone take care of patients. Definitely bottom of the barrel. Avoid it like the plague

The Terraces At Tuckerman Lane are for people that need assisted living. But for what it was, that place was extremely clean and beautiful. When I was there, they were having happy hour, and they offered wine and popcorn or something like that. That place was very nice, but the rooms were extremely small. I didn't see anything like an exercise room, and I don't know if those people are capable. They didn't look like functioning adults as they did at the other place. The staff were extremely nice. Even though they knew that I wasn't interested, they insisted on the tour. I realized it wasn't what I was looking for, but they were very courteous and spent a lot of time with me.

I visit this facility about a week ago, and I must say I was very pleased with what I experienced. Mom and I started our tour at 11am. We toured for about 30 minutes, after the tour we were invited for lunch, where we met the kitchen director Mr. Fred he was extremely nice and took very good care of us . We really had nothing planned that day. Just trying to find Mom a home so after lunch, we sat in on a game of bingo, Mom had fun , the activities team outstanding. The overall experience was just amazing. The staff goes above and beyond. I was very pleased. Thanks Tuckerman staff!!

I toured The Terraces At Tuckerman Lane. I really, really like that property. It was set up more like a senior home, so there were other seniors. I like that they had a rehabilitation center on the top level. They had a dining room. They had three meals a day in the dining room. Their rooms were very spacious. It was set up like an apartment. They had a fridge in their room. It was fully furnished. They had a TV, a private bathroom, and plenty of closet space for the stuff that my father would have, which is limited. They had a lot of activities. The visiting hours are non-existent, meaning that you can come to visit at any time. You can take the resident out whenever you would like as a family member. It was a secure building, so not just anyone could get in. The only thing about it is that nobody has reached out to me about the price point yet. The staff who took me around was a very nice gentleman. The people were eating at that time. The meals were very, very appetizing. It was on New Year's Day.

The one that I liked the most was The Terraces at Tuckerman Lane. The price was reasonable, and the location was really good. Everyone was very nice and accommodating. They served three meals a day, they provided cleaning services, and they would take you to doctor visits. I think they have some community areas for socializing.

The Terraces at Tuckerman Lane was very nice. The apartment sizes were appropriate for seniors. They have activities and a calendar of events. I recall seeing a cafeteria. They have an area outside and sidewalks, and it was well kept. I was pleased. The facility was well-maintained.

Nurses specially night nurses are so lazy. It’s like patients are not important for them. They don’t care.

My uncle moved into The Terraces At Tuckerman Lane. The facility itself is very nice, structurally, and aesthetically pleasing. The personality of the staff leaves something to be desired. They have different clubs, and they do bingo. My uncle likes to run and play tennis, but they don't have options for that. It would be nice if they offered stuff to all people there. The food is very good. The outside and inside of the facility are very well-kept. The staff members seem very frustrated all the time. The front desk staff can be very rude at times.

The staff was wonderful. She was delightful. We met several other staff members including a handyman and a nurse. They were great. I can't speak highly enough about the staff. We only saw one floor plan, which was very small. It was a studio. We were told that there were only four units that were larger, but they're almost never available. The other negative for me was the location. It was right off 270, so any outside activities are minimal; there's a lot of road noise. Even though we loved the people there, we decided we were not going to consider them. I didn't like the floor plans of the unit or the location of the facility.

This community was very clean and bright. The tour was helpful to decide whether our mom needed to be in assisted living or not and it helped us decide as a family. The gal that toured us was very knowledgeable and very helpful. The staff seemed happy and the people there were very active. When our mom is ready for this level of care we are definitely going back to come back to this community.

I thought it was very nice. It seemed very neat and clean. The employees and the residents seemed engaged. They looked like they were involved in the activities. The food smelled good in the cafeteria. It seemed like a pleasant place for people to be in. The rooms were not really big, but they were decent. I was pretty impressed with it.

My father is here. It's his choice and that's where he wants to go. He wants people around and he didn't feel safe in his own house. He has a nice apartment and the people are very friendly. I find the food to be fine. He doesn’t seem to have much of an appetite even when he was at home. Although he is eating a lot of soup and he loves the dessert. The have a lot of things that he can partake in although he has never done that before. He doesn't hear very well so if he goes to a lecture, he doesn't hear the people. But they do have a room if you just ask to get some hearing impaired things, but he doesn't ask.

The receptionist is very accommodating and also the rest of the staff. The assisted living facilities had nice bedrooms with regular beds. They have activities which included choral groups entertainment, bingos and crosswords. They have very nice programs and the residents can take trips.
