My husband moved to Tribute at Black Hill. They respect the person and they get them out of bed in the morning, and they don't go back to bed until the evening. They were friendly, and they respected the person that they were going to serve. I liked the facility very much. The rooms are bright, clean, and very nice. They have activities from the morning till night. They don't have it in the hall. They have it in the room.

My wife is a resident of Tribute at Black Hill. We haven't been there that long, but the biggest thing is they have a lot of live music, and they also have a choir, in which she is participating. One of the factors in choosing the place was the music program. They keep them busy all day. My son has an app, and my wife has a bracelet, and every time she participates in an activity, it sends him an alert that she's participating, and she seems to be participating in everything. They had tea and manicures, and she went to that. They had some sort of game day where they did some bowling and some other light physical stuff. One time they did some sort of baking. They have a very nice kitchen with several ovens where they can bake. My wife is not very domestic, but she does like to eat cookies, so she participated. I haven't had any problems up there whatsoever. It's brand new, it's gorgeous, and it looks like a Hilton hotel. There's staff everywhere. There's usually somebody you can grab and ask a question, and if they can't answer it, they'll tell you who to go to. It's extremely clean. I think it's expensive, but I'm happy with the return on my dollar.

Tribute at Black Hill is a modern facility. The staff seemed very alert, aware of what was going on around them, and attentive. They provided an in-house baked treat, which was fabulous, as a favor when I was leaving. They showed me a library, a lovely outdoor courtyard area, and a television room where people could congregate. They had physical therapy and an exercise room. The one thing that impressed me was that the bathrooms were more accommodating to wheelchairs. The studio apartments are bigger than most.

The place that I liked so far is called Tribute at Black Hill. The staff members were friendly, kind, and capable. All of my expectations so far have been met. The rooms are all private and very spacious. They have studios. They have little kitchenettes and private bathrooms. The food from what I saw seemed to be varied and a good selection of choices to eat. They had an in-house beauty parlor. They had trips going out all the time. They had in-house games and socials. There's a really good feeling of camaraderie there. They were very helpful, and they answered all my questions in my search. I'm a novice, but I had people with me that had been to a lot of other homes and assisted living places, and they were very impressed.

I really liked Tribute at Black Hill, and I was hoping it would be the one that we would pick. I saw an apartment, and it was very nice. I really liked the woman who assisted me with the tour, and I just really enjoyed seeing the building. It was beautiful. They had a salon, an art studio, and walking paths around the building. They had a place where you could get coffeeand sit and chat. There were places that you could go just to have your lunch downstairs if you don't want to go to the dining room. There's a menu that's different every day, but there's also a standard menu. They would monitor medication and they would provide transportation.

My dad will move into the Tribute at Black Hill. We've been there several times to move stuff into the unit. It's nice and new, looks like some nice amenities, and when we walk in during the day we see activities going on, so it's appealing. There were a good number of doctors that come in, or nurses that are there, and it seems like a good set up. The staff is friendly and helpful, very upbeat and positive. He's got a nice room with big windows that overlook woods, and the facility is in good shape. They've got a gym room, a movie room, another room they called a library, and a terrace at the 4th floor with restaurant style meals.
