Foundry Square Senior was sort of brand new. The only thing I didn't like about it was it was downtown, and I didn't want to be downtown. Other than that, I thought the property was great. It had underground parking if you wanted it. Everybody I dealt with was very nice, and personable, asked me questions about what I was looking for, and answered all my questions. It was very nice and very clean. The accommodations were very nice and there was plenty of room. They had a couple of options, whether you wanted a balcony or didn't want a balcony.

The staff at Foundry Square Senior was very friendly. The rooms were large, spacious, clean, and inviting. The facilities were very nice. It didn't smell like Lysol. It was just very clean and fresh.

We like Foundry Square Senior. It was, first of all, a very professional tour. It was done by an agent named Vanessa, and she's excellent and very professional. They tell you all the amenities in the place. We like that it's in downtown Frederick, so my mom can visit things and experience things that aren't too far away. The other thing we like is that it has a balcony, which my mom wanted. She can sit out and relax. The facility is also brand new, which is nice. They have common rooms that are nice and brand new. They have a very nice gym. The common room has a kitchen where you can have a family dinner and kind of hang out. They have a TV and an elevator, which is good for seniors. They don't offer meals. You have your own private kitchen.
