I like Warren Place Senior Apartments because the electric bills are included in your rent, and you have the senior center connected to the apartments so you can go there for activities. They also have activities you can go to and bus trips and things like that. They have a fitness center in the senior center you can join, too, for like $80 a year. Three days a week, you can get meals. I have not sampled the food, but one of the residents I've talked said the food is very good. The place is very clean. The staff who gave the tour was very professional, she knew what she was talking about, and she was very nice to talk to.

My aunt likes the fact that Warren Place Senior Apartments has a workout area. They have yoga for the seniors. They have three floors. I like the fact that she's able to be around other elderly people her age. The place looks OK. The apartments were small. They were updating the carpet in the hallways. It looked like a little old building on the back side, but when we came to the front side, it looked presentable. The staff was a pretty nice lady. She walked us through the buildings, let us tour two different apartments there, and explained to us how the residents could come and sign up for different activities ahead during the day. It was a good tour. They had a library area, parking, a laundry room, an exercise room, and a yoga room. They have a place where they play bingo and a place where they can play cards. They had a little room where they could watch movies.
