My father is in Scarborough Terrace. We chose it because it's a newer facility. The staff there that we met was very kind and very knowledgeable. They were ready to help us make that transition into there. He was in a rehab before he moved into Scarborough Terrace, so they really coordinated helping us get him out of the rehab and into the Scarborough Terrace. It's very nice. The facilities are nice. It wasn't that expensive. It was less expensive than other facilities, and it was nicer. He likes the food. He says it's good and he's not really complaining about it. If he's not complaining, then I'm sure it's fine, because he would complain. The room he has is very spacious, sunny, and bright. One of the more important things was the bathroom, and it's big, and it's set up for a senior. It's perfect. The facility is very nice and very well kept. It's a beautiful place. It's like you're going to a nice hotel. There's a lot of activities there.

We are very happy we found Scarboro Terrace. The staff is wonderful, they have done a great job during the Covid ordeal. We felt that mom was safe and happy. I would not hesitate to have a loved one live there.

Scarborough Terrace was a lovely place for people with memory issues, and it seemed well taken care of. The staff was lovely. The layout was just a little confusing because you had to go upstairs, downstairs, and take elevators to get around. The person who showed me around was informative, been there for years, and was a pleasure to deal with. Parking was totally adequate.

Scarborough Terrace is a clean, private setting in a busy community. The grounds are beautiful. The staff members are very friendly. My room is a single room with a bathroom. The food is excellent.

We found Scarborough Terrace for my father-in-law, and we are very pleased with the care that they are giving. It's beautiful and comfortable. The staff is attentive as well. They also have a full schedule of activities, and they keep the residents engaged to the level possible for them. They also have an excellent food service.

Scarborough Terrace seems to be a very good and clean facility. They have a good kitchen staff, and the food seems to be very good. They have all kinds of activities going on for the residents every day.

My mom has lived here for over 3 years and is currently in the memory care area called The Rose Garden. The place is beautiful, always clean smelling, the staff is very caring and personable toward my mom and toward me as well, when I visit. Couldn't be happier about leaving her here each time I drop her off. They include her area in many activities and the hair dresser does a great joy too. My mom is always well dressed and taken care of when I come to see her. So thankful for this place and the care my mom gets. Do not use the Pharmacy through them called Pharmerica...this pharmacy charged me $350 for pills for my mom that cost $2.75 at Hannaford (YES! you read that right!)...I filed a complaint on this pharmacy with the BBB, they got a D rating as they never got back to BBB. The facility is great though! I couldn't ask for a more caring staff and beautiful place.

I like this facility, because it is in a quiet area. My Grandma enjoys this place, because there are walking paths in the woods behind the facility for her to walk in. She loves the people in the facility, because everyone is friendly to her.
