We moved my dad to The Enclave of Scarborough but he couldn't stay there because he needed a higher level of care. It's a nice community and I would highly recommend it. It's a kind of place that I wouldn't mind retiring to later on. They have lots of activities, they would have parties, a movie theater, they have a gym where they do chair yoga or Tai Chi.

We went to The Enclave of Scarborough. We like the convenience like it's close to where family is, so that was nice. They had studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, and a memory care unit. I had an opportunity to have lunch there, and it was a very nice dining room. They have outside seating, too. They have a lot of activities. I was impressed with the staff and the fact that they allowed us to come and have lunch with some of the people that live there. We got to talk to them, and then we talked to the staff and got a tour, so it was nice. The staff members were extremely helpful, and they answered all our questions. They were very passionate about being there and helping the residents. I just feel like they certainly have the experience and the understanding of the challenges of bringing an elderly in, and then also with the transition. What was neat is that they have a cadre of residents that support people coming in. They picked these ambassadors, if you will, and these people basically kind of make the new residents feel comfortable. I thought that was a really neat model and a good idea. They had a lobster lunch, which is one of the reasons why they invited us over. I don't eat that, but the person I was with ate it and she said it was delicious. They had a menu and it seemed quite a variety. I don't eat lobster, but there was something else that I had, and it was good. We were given an explanation that they offer a variety of things for each meal, and I thought that was good. They have field trips. They have an activity room, a little walk around the place outside, a coffee nook, a big TV, libraries, and games. To me, they seem to meet all that I would think would be important for someone going into a facility like that to have access to.

I've had a family member in the assisted living unit for over three years. Before the change in management things were great. Since the change before COVID, it seems the staff are very unhappy and there's a high turn over, which is never a good sign. I have gone there serval times to find my family members bathroom disgusting. Borderline almost a health and safety concern. During lock downs when there's a COVID out break, it does not seem the staff go into negative residents room and interact with them. They do not support with attending appointments, they just drop off residents and do not even wait for a family member to arrive at the appointment. This is a major concern for anyone with memory concerns. When asked to take my family members blood pressure when they were feeling ill, the staff member seemed annoyed by this. I called back two hours later and it still had not been done. They send residents to the hospital for minor things. They are about to increase their fees and they are already not providing top care. Not worth the money. Do not have a family member go here if there are not people available near by to pick up the slack. Local is nice, rooms are nice and the other residents are amazing.

I went to look at The Enclave of Scarborough. I found it to be extremely welcoming, very warm, friendly place, nice, clean, and very reasonable in price. The head gal there was just so receptive, so warm, and welcoming. You could tell that she enjoyed her job. They had loads of activities. They had a huge calendar posted, which was also very convenient. They had photographs of the outings. The rooms were very accommodating, as far as whether you're in a wheelchair or not. The actual apartments were very clean and had everything that a senior would want, whether you need level one care or level six care.

The Enclave of Scarborough. We liked it, but it was a little too far for us. It was twenty miles away. The staff, Jackie, was very nice, very knowledgeable. She knew what she was talking about all around. They have nice ground and everything was very neat. The dining room was exceptionally well, nice, and clean, it looked like a five-star restaurant. They have something to do every day for the residents. They looked homey.

The Enclave of Scarborough has very friendly staff. It's a typical setup for assisted living and very adequate. The rooms were nice. They were bright and clean. Their dining area is a standard dining room. The outdoor spaces are pleasant, relaxing, and nice. They had some nice patio areas and porches.

My mother moved into memory care and we were very happy there. It was a very nice place and we were very satisfied. We would recommend them to family and friends. The staff was wonderful. The food and the presentation looked very good. My mom didn't participate in any activities but I did appreciate knowing that they were available and seeing the other residents attend the activities.

It is a lovely and spacious place. They are very caring and attentive to the individuals. My brother and I both take care of my mother, so sometimes that makes it tricky with the communication part of it, but the staff has been good to at least try to let us know how my mother is doing. I didn't try the food, but I saw it. It looked good. There are fresh salads. I'm impressed that they can get salads. They try to cater to my mom because she can't see her food, so it is hard for her to use a fork, but they got her some things to eat that she can maneuver easier. The location of the place is good. It is just off the main road. My mother's room is in very good repair and very spacious. It is set up to meet her needs. They have music, cooking, and some things like that. They try to involve the residents.

I visited for my mother-in-law. It was a wonderful place. The staff was really friendly, and the rooms were of average size. The memory care unit was open and spacious. There was a fire drill, so I got to see how they handled the residents in case of emergency.
