I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident

My husband is in rehab at Kennebunk Center for Health & Rehabilitation. Our experience so far is not good and I can't wait to get him out of there. They're not allowing visitors inside. He's been there for a little bit and we haven't gone in there to see him. They called me to tell me he's fallen three times, and they called me just to tell me how he's behaving when he's got dementia. The thing is, my insurance only covers a certain amount of time, and they're asking me to pay $10,000 a month to keep him there, which I haven't got. They tell me it's their policy. I don't know how to describe the person I've been in contact with over there, but she's nasty and threatening. She's telling me she's gonna send him home to me. I had an accident, and she wants me to care for him. I do not recommend them at all. They walk him around with a walker. There are certain people over there that are nice. The therapist is nice, and the admissions person, Daniel, is very nice. There's another person in charge of Social Services and she is not nice, not professional, not understanding, or just doesn't really care about the resident as she cares about money. I don't really owe them anything. My husband was supposed to leave there a couple of days ago. They're demanding a check for one week as soon as possible, and that's fine, I`m gonna pay them, but I don't like how I'm being treated. You're not getting value like you would in any other facility.
