My mother has been in this facility for about nine months now. She is an Alzheimer’s patient, and she has adjusted really well. If I have a concern about anything, I let them know and they address it quickly. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I’m pleased with the care that my mother is receiving. I do recommend Southern Hills if you are searching for a place for your loved one. Thank you, Southern Hills Healthcare, and special thanks to Rebecca!

Understaffed. Incompetent. Would not trust my loved one here to be cared for. Administration is a joke, and the poor work ethic of the employees is a direct reflection of that.

Southern Hills Rehab is very nice. They do my father-in-law's wash and linens. He's very happy there. They have a dining room, and it's really pleasant. He loves the food, and it's great and wonderful. We have a dog, and they let us bring the dog because he loves it. They let him play with the dog, so it's very nice. It's the nicest one I've ever seen.

My grandmother stayed at this nursing home for a few years before she passed away. I spent quite alot of time there. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made my grandmother feel right at home. The nurses checked on her many times throughout the day. They brought her fresh sheets, meals and made sure she took her medicine. The building was clean for the most part. The room she had was a one person room which I thought was great. The bathroom was clean, but could have used some work. The nursing home had many activities. Even though my grandmother couldn't participate in any, I thought it was a good way to get the residents involved and stay active. The grounds were nice and well taken care of. The location of this nursing home was convenient. Overall I would say this was a great place for my dad and I to take her.
