My mom was at Pierremont Rehab about 8 months ago and said that she would never come back here again. We decided to give them another chance to make things right. She had been there for maybe a month and a half before she had to be taken to the hospital. My mom had vomited all over herself which caused her to aspirate. She can't speak so she have to press the button with no response from them. This happened on the graveyard shift. So what are the nursing staff is doing? NOTHING on their phones talking. She is at the hospital with an UTI, came in with low blood pressure, touch of pneumonia and bacterial infection. When I tell you this is the last time. She will not be going back to this Rehab. We were told to give them (Pierremont) another chance. All out of chances.

My lady friend went in there for a broken hip and wrist rehab yesterday. She has called me in a great deal of pain and wants me to come and get her out of there right now because they will not give her anything for pain. I called them and they informed me that they gave her a Tylenol and that was all they had at the present time. They did not seem concerned that she was in severe pain and it would be several hours before the pharmacy brought any meds. They seem to be totally unconcerned with the patients welfare. I see why they get low scores on reviews.

Right now, my older sister is in Pierremont nursing home where she seems to be settling in. The people there seemed nice, but she thinks the food is horrible. She came from the hospital, and we took her back over there a little before Christmas, but my wife didn't like it. She is in the older section of the building, and you have to walk through the dining room and part of the kitchen to get there. They showed us the new remodeled section, which was really much nicer.
