We moved into The Windsor Senior Living Community. The main reason I chose it was because they had a full kitchen. I wanted a full kitchen. The food here is very good. The activities are very good. It's clean and well kept. The staff is very friendly. The facility has all been remodeled. They do have activities. We've gone to happy hour, and that's my favorite.

I toured The Windsor Senior Living Community. I liked it because I'm an outdoor person. It looked huge inside. Like when you went into the downstairs area they took you into a side area that had a pond and a walking trail. So right inside the entire facility you had this outdoor space that was like a lake. The staff we met was wonderful.

The Windsor Senior Living Community was wonderful. All the residents I met were very happy and cheerful, and they were having a good time. The staff who gave me the tour was very helpful and informative. The rooms were spacious, and they had several options to choose from. They just had the carpets cleaned in the hallway, so it was very nice. They had a nice outdoor space. They had a pond in the middle of the community with ducks. They had a lot of organized activities there, and they were getting ready for an exercise class while I was there.

The people at The Windsor Senior Living Community were very pleasant. Melanie, the one that gave us the tour, was very resourceful. She gave us good information, and I would recommend that place to anybody. They were serving Salisbury steaks that day, and they gave me a sample of it. It was very good. The place was very nice, clean, and smelled very good.

The tour at The Windsor Senior Living Community was very informative. Melanie did a great job. The rooms were nice because they're doing renovations on all of them, but they're small in comparison to what my parents are used to. The staff was very friendly and very nice. They talked with us about the activities that they have, but we actually didn't see anybody doing any activities at the time. It seemed very homey and it's in a quiet area. My father is still very active and he would like to be able to ride a bike and stuff like that. There is a neighborhood within the area that he can ride his bike on, so it was nice. I liked it and my mother and my dad liked it.

The Windsor Senior Living Community was a very nice place. The staff was very friendly, and I think a lot of people would like it. We just didn't like the smell of the place. It had a really strong odor.

I really liked The Windsor. It's really small, intimate, and really nice. It's a much smaller facility, but it's very cozy. It's like a little community, and it's very chatty. I probably would've chosen The Windsor for my mother, but it's a little too far away.

We looked at The Windsor Senior Living Community. The place was very clean. Everything was in place, and it was neat. The residents seemed to be very comfortable there. It was accessible to local grocery stores and different things. It's a nice place. The rooms and the bathrooms were very sizable. You couldn't get a lot of furniture in because you can't take everything with you, but I think the rooms were of a nice size. The dining area was beautiful. The residents were comfortable. There was no confusion or anything going on. They were served well. The food was good. They just gave us a lot of information. They were ready to answer any question. The staff members were polite. We enjoyed the tour. The place is well taken care of. The staff was well dressed and ready to help.

The Windsor is a very nice place. The people there go above and beyond to help you out and get you settled in. The people that work there are very helpful and very nice. The people that live there are very friendly. My father tells me he loves it there. He always tells me how good the food is. Price is comparable to all the other ones. It is very convenient and very clean. It is really good. We are very satisfied. The meals are included in the price, and he gets two meals a day. There is plenty of amenities and things to do. Every day, there is something going on. They have bingo, pool tables, darts, bands, and different people come in and out to entertain them. They have someone that comes in and does exercise with them. Every day, he's doing something. They get to come and go as they please because it's independent living. He has a scooter that he gets around in. The place is beautiful. They are in the process of updating some sections of it. When the air conditioner broke in his apartment, they put him up in the suite for five days because they had to get somebody to come and fix the air-conditioner. The guy said it couldn't be fixed, so they moved him to a different room completely. They have a cleaning service. They wash your clothes if you want for extra money. They clean the room for you, and they have bus service that takes you to and from the doctors' offices. He is really enjoying it. He has his meals in the dining room, and since he had a stroke, they cut his food up for him. It is like family over there. The people are just really nice and friendly. He says it is like being on a cruise ship because everything is done for you. Everything is really nice and every day there is something to do. Every day there is some kind of fun activity. The people are really nice. They have more guys for him to hang out with and that's what he liked.

I visited Windsor in Mandeville. Right now it's not on my list of potentials simply because they only have 2 meals a day and they're under construction and could not answer questions as to when the construction would be over with. I came to check independent care there but also saw assisted living and memory care, just to see potential for the future. I found out that they do not have a generator. And that they do not have an emergency plan, like on emergency situations they should call your family to come get you, that kind of plan. As far as I could tell with the staff, I don't have a problem. But with the services, I do. The rooms are a little bigger at the oter place I've seen, and at the Windsor, they're okay but not the best. It's under construction and it's being refurbished so things are in a little disarray at this point. They only have breakfast and lunch, so you're kind of on your own for supper.

We found The Windsor for my grandmother. Everyone was very helpful. The place is beautiful. They have a lot of amenities for the tenants. Her apartment is very cute, has everything she needs, and it overlooks the pond. All the services that they offer are exactly what we needed. She rented a studio, but they have one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms. They give you a pamphlet of activities every single month. Every weekend they have rosary, mass, church services, they have a beauty salon, a library, bingo, bunko, they help with your laundry, and they take you to doctors' appointments. The value for the money is great. I like the location; it's secluded.

The Windsor Senior Living Community was great. We love it, but they didn't have mass every day. The people and the place were fantastic. My mother loved the food. Everything was great, and the price was wonderful. There was a musician there that day. It was a weekend and it was active; some people were playing games. It's a lively and happy place. All the residents we talked to were very happy with it. The staff member seemed joyful and happy and also did a great job with the tour. They were professional and well versed about the place. When you have to transition from independent to assisted living, you get to stay in your room. Nobody knows who's assisted and who's independent. They don't have a memory care unit.

My mom moved into The Windsor. It's a very nice, clean place with very nice people. They have a beauty salon, a large kitchen, and a meeting room. They also offer different religious services, different activities every day like exercises, informative seminars, and so on. My mother is in a studio apartment, but it's spacious, and she has quite a bit of furniture in there. I also saw a 1-bedroom unit there, which was quite large. From the activity list, it looks like they have a lot going on. I think compared to other ones they're a good value. A lot of the other assisted living places in the area are more expensive. What stood out to me is how they talked to my mother, how they talked to me, and how they take care of her. I asked my mom if they still talk to her as nice as in the beginning and she said yes. I'm always pleased whenever I visit.

Windsor Senior Living Community was excellent and beautiful. The staff was very friendly. The lady who took us around was delightful and wheeled my husband in his wheelchair. She talked to us about the facility and how old it was. I enjoyed it very much. I liked it and the room that she showed us. It was nice, airy, and bright. We had a good lunch there. The dining area was set up very well. We spoke to some people who were very friendly and seemed to like it very much themselves. I was impressed with the surroundings. It was very beautiful outside with a big pond area. You could sit outside on the ground level and enjoy nature. It had rocking chairs. The food was excellent. We were introduced to somebody in an activity room. They gave me a schedule to look at that had a lot of activities going on; you just take your pick.

I liked The Windsor very much. It seemed like a very nice community with a lot of amenities. Everything seemed very good. I was very pleased. The dining area looked very good. They were having lunch when I was there, and what I saw looked good. The rooms were bright and very nice. I would want a one-bedroom. They had movies, excursions, cards and bingo, and they had people come in and entertain.

The Windsor is very nice, and everybody seems to be quite happy there; the only reason I'm not considering it is because they don't take animals, and I have a little dog I can't leave. It's not as new and spacious, but it's certainly serviceable, and I have quite a few friends who live there who are happy with it. The food was very good. Aside from the luncheon that I attended, they cooked specifically for us. They did not even charge the lady who lived there. This particular time, my friend chose to have lunch at her facility, and it couldn't have been nicer. They went all out on the table decorations, cooking the food, and serving us. It was lovely, and they didn't charge us anything. The apartment that my friend lived in was very nice, and it had one bedroom. The lobby is not all that attractive, and it looks a little bit older. I think the front part of the facility could use a little "fluffing up," but the rest of the facility looks just as fine. It may not be as luxurious-looking, but it's a lot older. I think that the people who lived there seem to be very content and happy. It certainly offers sufficient living quarters, and I know they have activities all the time.

I was very impressed with Windsor. The rooms were absolutely beautiful; you could look outside as there were trees, frogs, and a beautiful environment. They have a calendar of activities. The people there seemed to be happy, and the staff was very informative, pleasant, and nice. The whole ambience was a very pleasant and nice place to live.

Windsor Senior Living Community was really a good place. The people who worked there were very caring, and concerned. Activities were planned for socializing, and the food was not bad so I would rate it as a good place. My sister was not happy there for various reasons, but overall the service there was good. It's a good experience. It wasn’t perfect, but it was good. They can improve on the dining or food element. I think it would be nice if they had hot meals 3 times a day.

I visited Windsor Senior Living Community. The facility and the apartments were very nice. A lady staffer showed me all around. The people seemed to be very satisfied with the food. I sat at a table with about 8 people who were all very happy with the place. They did have activities going on then.

The Windsor was beautiful. It was newly developed and very well kept. It had a pond, and it was very pleasant. The staff was friendly. For the people who lived there, there was a broad range of abilities and disabilities. There were a lot of interests. They decide on what special activity they want to do. They put things on the bulletin board for people to sign up to go to. You can tell that they're a very active community. They had a lot of care for each other.

The Windsor at Mandeville was a nice place. I thought they were first class and really pretty, but my mom needed a little bit more level of care and they advised us to find a facility much suited for her.

This is a beautiful assisted living community where the residents are given the support they need, while maintaining their independence. My Grandmother is a resident here. She has made so many new friends, and stays busier then me. The atmosphere is great. It is a very clean facility, which is important. The food is good too, especially their gumbo. I have eaten lunch and dinner here with my Grandmother on a few occasions. The service is great; I have to say that I feel like I am eating in a really nice restaurant. The staff here are caring, and nurturing. They really make the residents feel secure and comfortable. From what I have noticed, they are always friendly, and smile all the time. They know the resident by name. There are also so many activities and outings planned for the residents. Everything from bingo, to Mardi Gras celebrations. Overall, this is a really nice assisted living/retierment community.

When you 1st pull into the parking lot,you see a big beautiful building. As you go though the front door you see all the seasons decoration. Its a warm and welcoming 1st beings. As you walk down the hall ways you see all the residents and some talk and other just wave. If you call to the front desk sometimes the person who answers the phone is a bit short but nice. The rooms are nice and the staff isn't that bad.
