My husband has been at Savannah Grand of Bossier City three different times, and he'll go back there for respite. They accommodate my needs, and the staff has been good. It's clean, and they have some activities. He's been in the memory care unit the last two times he's been there, so it's different than the assisted living side. So he has the opportunity to be with other people, and that's a help. It's safe for him, which is important to me. The staff is very accommodating in terms of being willing to show you around and answer all of your questions, and I think that's important that you find a place that matches your needs. In the assisted living side, they have arts and crafts, and bingo, and when they have guests come in like singers and entertainers, they will take people from the memory unit over to watch the entertainment, and they have a backyard at the memory unit so people can go out and walk around. Activities were really restricted during COVID.

Savannah Grand of Bossier City is very close to me. The staff were nice. They have individual rooms, but they are not even on par with a hospital room. The size of the room was way too small, and the way the bathroom was setup would not be conducive to good care. It is sufficient though, but it would be nice enough to fix the rooms up. Their community room is small, but it's OK. I've known three people that were in assisted living and they all said that they were really good to them. I haven't heard anything bad about the care that they provide.

I went to the Savannah Grand of Bossier City. The community was great. The community was nice and everything. It's just too expensive. It's beautiful and very well maintained. The staff was courteous and nice. Everyone wore a mask where they were supposed to. Overall, it was a very nice experience. I saw the laundromat and the dining area, which were both very clean and very nice. Everything was being taken care of. They had a back patio area for those that smoke, so it was very nice. If someone is looking for their parents to go to a good place for their memory issues, this place is definitely worth it. They are a very caring facility. They care about the patients and the families.

Savannah Grand of Bossier City was organized, clean, and well maintained. The staff all seemed to be helpful and friendly. My mom is going to be in memory care. I thought they were relatively secure. It looked good to me. I like what I saw. They have plenty of staff for the patients. It appeared to be well maintained.

My mother will be moving into Savannah Grand of Bossier City. I like that it's very personal looking, and that it doesn't look like a facility. It's decorated nicely, it's very, very clean, and there are no odors. The people that I dealt with for the tour were very nice. I like the backyard, it's got a privacy fence, but it is somewhere you can go when the weather is nice. It's just a very nice facility, and I like the people, too. When I took my mother back over for a tour, she really liked it, and she thought it was nice, pretty, and attractive.

I have a friend that lived at this place for about a year, until his health made him transfer to a nursing home. He was given the best of care. My friend Joe, could be a grumpy old man, however, they never let that get to them and consistently provided great care and companionship. The place was very clean and he loved the food. I ate there several times and it was good food.

Dumpity dump dump dumpity dump dump look at frosty throw [up]. If i could give this joint one star i would. Its a complete rip off and should be investigated by whoever gives them their license. They charge way too much of the accommodations, food and care the residents are provided with. Remember, this is rural Louisiana not new york city, you'd think for $3000+ a month you'd get a little more than rotting lettuce, slimy shrimp and a hallway walk each day. The food served at dinner made me vomit once. I should have vomited on the table to show the staff how gross it was but instead i was polite and waited to barf into my grandfather's toilet which was probably installed in 1972. Overall, id rate this place a negative 10,000 stars.

We toured Savannah Grand. It was larger than other facilities, but it wasn't as clean. They were doing some remodeling when we were there, and they were doing work in the parking lot as well.

It sells as much higher care than it actually offers. Staff are fine but too busy to provide the attention I expected and was promised for my Mother. The cost is quite high considering the quality of food and attention. I would not choose this place again.

Savannah Grand was very nice, and the room was fine, but I did not move my father in. The price was comparable to the area, and the location was convenient.

Savannah Grand of Bossier City was very nice. The staff was very nice and very knowledgeable. The outside was very well kept up. The rooms were the largest of all the facilities we went to. The facility itself was small, but the rooms were large. The size of the apartments really stood out.

I liked Savannah Grand, but their lowest level of care was not what we’re looking for at that time. The staff was excellent and got us some helpful information. They were not worried about sharing information on other locations. It was very nice and prime.

Our tour at Savannah Grand of Bossier City was good. It’s a nice and clean place, but just too expensive for us. Everything is very accessible and I would recommend them. Their staff was very knowledgeable and respectful.

I really like the staff who works at Savannah Grand of Bossier City. I like the way it is run by the management. They take very good care of my husband. They keep him clean, and he wears his own clothes. They always keep me inform on whatever is going on with him. Overall, I like it.

The ladies who work at Arbor and Terrace really care and treat all the patients well. I'm sticking with them because my mom likes the people there. She smiles and she carries with the conversation, although she's at a stage where she really doesn't get that much because of her Alzheimer's. She walks around a little bit with her walker, and she kind of struggles with it, but they have to keep her alert. They give her good attention and they keep her clean.

The only thing that my father did not like about Arbor is that it had a full kitchen in the room and he did not want to have anything to do with cooking, but the rooms are nice and large.
