My father is at The Regent. It's very nice. They have a lot of activities and a lot of stimulation for their brain. There all kinds of classes, pre-Covid, that they can take and learn things about like geography or certain countries, there are art classes, they can Wii bowl or play pool, and all kinds of fun stuff. With Covid, we could not dine with him.

I toured The Regent. They're very clean and lots of activities are available and just very well decorated. It looks like it could be home. The staff was very friendly and answered all my questions, and I was very pleased with her. I enjoyed the activity room where you could do exercises, and they had different events. I like the movie theater room. The grounds were beautiful to sit outside and enjoy the outdoors.

I toured The Regent. The grounds were nice. The interiors were clean and kept up to date. It was a lovely place. The staff was very friendly. They were good at their jobs. They knew all the ins and outs of the facility. It was an excellent tour. I did not eat the food, but the dining area was clean and well-organized.

I didn't find anything that I didn't like about The Regent. I liked the place. It's nice. The staff seemed very friendly. The apartments were a little bit small, but it's probably just about the right size for a person that's downsizing. They showed us a room that the family could come in and have a meal with them and a room that we could reserve for parties if we wanted to have birthdays or holidays or whatever. They had a movie theater.

I have visited The Regent. That was very nice and they were friendly, but it was just over my mom's price limit. It was a beautiful place, but it was just more than she could afford. The room was nice and a nice size, although it didn't have as much storage as she needed, which didn't help, otherwise, it was gorgeous. The facility was very clean, smelled good, and was very welcoming with a nice big open area. It just wasn't what we were looking for. They had a few more activities than the other place I toured like a library. It was a very nice and big place, and the list was longer for the activities and amenities than the last place I saw. The person who gave the tour was very nice.

I toured The Regent. I hated not to pick them. Actually, it was equal with the other place. I can't say anything bad about them. The inside and the outside are beautiful. The rooms were nice. They have a large one-bedroom. I looked at a two-bedroom also. The staff that showed me the unit was a very nice lady. They had everything from a physical fitness room, to billiards, to shuffleboard, to all kinds of stuff. The living atmosphere, from what I had seen, looked very good. They had a really nice dining room, too. It was very, very nice.

I have toured The Regent and I really liked it as well. They have new facilities and it's just really nice. They had a lot more activities than the other places I saw, you could also get a garage for your car. Their rooms weren't my favorite, they were kind of odd and weren't near as big as I was expecting. The place was really nice and well-kept, I really like the center of the building area. I had a nice time during the tour. Their dining area was a little different, they have it set up buffet style so I like that. They had an outdoor area, it wasn't big as the other places I saw but it was nice.

I would describe The Regent as upscale and pretty luxurious. The apartments were probably similar to another place. Overall, there was a lot more to offer. It's well laid out and roomy. They had bright red doors, and they seemed just cheery. The dining area is wonderful. It's very spacious, and they have a good menu. They also had a separate coffee area that was also very welcoming, comfortable, and nice. The upkeep and maintenance of the facility was perfect. I just met a marketing person, and then I met somebody who did activities. The marketing person was delightful. She was great and gave me good information. She was very welcoming. She asked me to come back for lunch and go to a movie, so that was nice. They had a wonderful theater room, a safe room, and a workout room. They had a room to do things like arts and crafts and a worship area.

I was impressed with The Regent with the way it was clean, and the people look friendly. We dined there twice, and the food was good. It's large, so it could be an issue for people if they don't want something spacious like that as far as the distance from the place to get to other places in there. It's a little bit of a jaunt. It looked like their activity list is pretty full, and they seem to keep busy as far as what it looked like on their list. It would be nice if they had a swimming pool, that was one thing that they were missing. That would be nice to have, especially since he comes from having a pool in his own backyard. Other than that, the theater room is nice. He likes to watch movies, and he likes that environment. So, hopefully, the camaraderie with other residents will be good for him.

My grandmother is thriving at The Regent. There's a lot of energy in the place, she's encouraged to be independent and the staff is putting things in place to allow her to be more independent. They try to be as accommodating as they can without crossing the barrier of independence. They have access to home health at the 3rd floor, which is where the home health office is. It's totally separate from The Regent. You can make arrangements, even if there's a slight need for assistance, it's right there. The staff at this community is wonderful.

The Regent was very nice. It had everything anybody would want except that their price was too prohibiting for me to move in there. The person during the tour was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very nice. We went back for the second time and she showed us some other rooms. For some reason, when we inquired back, she was no longer there. The dining room was clean. It had tablecloths, which was very nice, and the food looked very good. The facility was clean.

my mother has lived at the regent for 3 years now. We are both very happy with the staff and the beautiful building. Mom considers the Regent her home and the staff and neighbors her family. I have seen a great deal of loving, caring acts of kindness that go far beyond an average client, administrator relationship. If you are looking for a home for a loved one please consider The Regent.

I am the son of a very alert senior li ing at The Regent since July of 2012. My mother's needs have changed over the mast five years. Having observed the responses to my mother, I have come to realize the staff and residents of The Regent personify the definition of true community. I am pleased with the quality of dinning, engaging activities, stress free medical management, and overall cleanliness and maintenance. I would be very hard pressed to find a better place for my mother to live. What's an awesome community!

Mom was a resident at The Regent, but the price was getting too expensive, so we had to move her. It was a nice place. The food and the dining area were excellent; it was like going into a restaurant. Mom's room was very clean, and they kept it clean. Their activities were excellent.

We went to see The Regent, and it’s a very good place. We were impressed with this place. They have a very good reputation as well. Some of the residents are a friend of mine. The lady who accommodated us was very kind and helpful. Their follow up has been superior from all the places that we visited.

The tour we had at The Regent was very good, and we really liked it. The staff explained everything very well. They talked about bus trips they had around Wichita and the activities. They had a lot to offer, like all kinds of outings available, movies in their movie theater on the second or third floor, game nights, and all more.

Regent looked nice and clean, and the people were very friendly. The staff was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very friendly. One apartment we got to look at when we were there was nice, clean, and small but adequate. The dining room looked like it'd be really nice. They had a chef, so they had weekly menus and specials that looked varied enough to stay interesting. They were very nice, and it looked like things were kept together pretty well.

The Regent is very clean, organized, and up-to-date. The apartments are very nice and beautiful. It would take some getting used to because they are small. The food is tasty, and the dining area is like an upscale restaurant with a menu. They have an organized craft area, movies, and programs. They also have a room where you can have visitors. I like the proximity to shopping areas and the access to good roads.

I would give The Regent five stars all around. It is very nice. The staff is very nice. It has a sister complex that we did not visit that has memory care. While the facility does not provide care for the residents per se, it has a home health care agency that is in there. It actually saves you a bunch of money than you get for outpatient home health care benefits. The rooms are very nice. They are mostly one-bedrooms, but they do have two-bedrooms and three-bedrooms. They have a big theater room where they watch football or movies. When we were there, there was a little concert by a string section. They have happy hour on Friday nights. They have a really nice area around the building for walks and nature hike kind of things. We were not there at lunch time, although we did see a few people finishing up. The food looks fine, and I didn't think it will be an issue there. They have a service where if you sort of know you won't make it down to meal time, you can call ahead, and they will make you basically a box for pickup. For me, it’s the location, and I really like the fact that they are sort of a bifurcated community. People can go there to live independently and stay there when they move in to home health care before they need to move over to a nursing home or memory care facility. I've never seen something like it, and it is appealing to me.

I was impressed by the Regent, it was pretty new and well-kept. They’ve got really nice rooms. They had a movie theater type room which was really very nice, a pool room and a place for people to have their alcoholic beverages. It was a pretty ritzy place. The staff did a really good job of showing me around. The dining room was reminiscent of a very nice restaurant. The package however gets you only 14 meals a week so you get your breakfast and whether lunch or supper and I wasn’t expecting that and I was disappointed. Also, one of the daily worker didn’t seem to be very happy with her job and wasn’t enjoying what she was doing and that was kind of sad.

Regent Senior Living was a really beautiful place. They had a nice library, a community room with snacks all day, a bar area, several television, pool tables and exercise equipment. There were also outside decks, a big room where you could have family dinner and a really good chef. The building really stood out for me and my husband when we visited. I would recommend this place to others.
