The staff has been like family to my mother. They have been very kind and professional in providing her care and helping her transition into nursing home living. I cannot thank them enough for the care she has received!

It is the worse place I've ever visited, the smell of urine was so strong, communication was horrible, and looked like residents were just placed in the lobby and left there. Rooms were so gloomy, and didn't see any interaction amongst residents and staff. I would not recommend this facility at all

Very poor staff-family and staff-staff communication. Unknowledgeable staff and administration regarding supports and resources for residents and/or families. There is a strong smell of urine throughout the facility. Many residents appear to not have hygiene completed with hair not brushed, torn/dirty clothing. Very little staff interaction with residents. Staff does not greet families or talk to families unless spoken to.

Lack of communication between administration and family members of residents, Facility smells like urine. Memory care unit, not enough staff and little if any interaction between staff and residents. Looks like they are just brought in dining area and left
