Residence 600 is very nice. It has a lot of amenities it's well-maintained. The management that showed us around was wonderful and took a lot of time for us to understand all of the things that were there. They had activities, they had transportation available, they had a beauty salon, movie theater, a library, gym, and there were outdoor spaces-- either a patio or a balcony. They also have outdoor space for picnic or barbecue for outdoor stuff. They have covered parking which was a big deal and kind of unusual. But when you have ice storms or you have hailstorms, that's a real plus; or even just avoiding the hot sunshine for a car. And that was one of the things that I thought was important. They've discontinued meals. You can get meals catered to and from the senior center, but even if they have a kitchen, they don't have a cook. They have a dining room but they don't have meals served there. Every one of the apartments has a beautiful kitchen.
