I like Anew Healthcare. It is expensive, but it's a good facility. They're nice people and the place is clean. They're watching over my brother 24/7 and they seem to provide what he needs.

The aides and nurses mistreat and man-handle my elderly mother. Shes been poked in the chest while being sternly talked down to. Her call light is her only way of asking for help when she needs to be readjusted in her bed or chair. There have been several times that she will message me on Facebook to ask me to please call the front desk and have a nurse sent to her room. I have made that call for her and have to compose myself before I call. When she moved into this facility some of her belongings went "missing". She doesnt have much to begin with, so losing a phone or clothing is kind of a big loss for her. She recently had enough money saved up for a new recliner for her room. It didnt stay in her room long before they decided they were going to take it from her and put it in another patient's room. They have ZERO respect for the residents. Please reconsider if you're thinking of having a loved one be placed here.

I am now in Villa Village, and I love my apartment. It’s like a duplex: it has two rooms, bath, and walk-in closet. I don’t like to eat anything, and I don’t like what they bring me. The staff is wonderful; I love every one of them, and I have one or two favorites. There are only three little buildings over here.
